Summer shredder log with 3j and psl

Thought I might I join the fun on this summer cut, will continue my cut as we speak
From weeks 1-14 ran my cruise dose only at 200mg/week
Added in tren from week 14 to now, this is my 17th week, ran 300 cals over maintanence from week 15-16 to upregulate alot of things incl thyroid, starting to chop once again this week

Epharma/ Genomex Client

Test E ( Genomex) 200mg/week
Tren a ( Epharma) 150mg eod

Not with 3j as of yet bro, just wanted to enter this contest if I am aloud too
But yes I did take the advise and learned a lot dieting wise from a dude on here, took a few weeks and a lot of soaking in the knowledge, and once again still learning but who isnt lol
3j rocks as well just havent made the leap to go to him yet
It also really helps when u can make dif approaches to your diet, like more artillery to the arson

IF approach

I have been starting to manipulate things depending on things go, but will stick with one approach till I think I am stalling, always nice to crank the metabolism one step higher and acting like a furnace while chopping the body fat

Calipers, digi scan, body fat scan, all read in the range of 9 to 11% bf, got a scan done 2 weeks ago and said 9.5%
 
Was 10% lol, reached that, seen this contest, and decided to chop some more lol, however lean I can get now
But was going to do a minor bulk 300 cals over maintanence but f it, wanna stay lean for the summer months

Well take some pics tonight, diet has been subpar this week and last, think cause I have been depleted for along time I just wanna eat lol, oh the stupid wake up cravings then eat whatever and feel guility, time to start to get back on track
The good thing about this is I am socking on lbm while gaining minimum on waist line, more vascular all over as well, up to 185lbs, from 175lbs, 2 weeks ago from carbing up and eating 300 cals above maintanence for a few weeks
But def gotta end these midnight binges lol
One plus as well throwing in some cardio now since its summer here now, biie ride to work 30 min, and back 30 min, so an hour give or take cardio a day is a plus for me as me and machine cardio dont get along lol, love the outdoor stuff tho

Biceps
Spider curls, cable one arm hammer curls, db single arm preacher curls, incline db curls
Keeping it simple and intense, sweating buckets, slow and controlled movement, slow on the negative, pause at the top and squeeze the shit out of the muscle

idk if it's just me, but it seems like you're losing a lot of your muscle mass along with the fat.... nevertheless your making great progress matt im truly proud of you
 
Seems that way bro, but been keeping track of my neck measurement when I measure once a week, weight, waist, neck and neck has been staying pretty much in the same range, biceps maybe lost 1/4" but there sitting rougly right now at 17" and sum inches
When I first begin my cut I was a massive 23% bf after my long shitty ass dirty bulk session down to 9.5% in 16 week time frame, was shocked to find out I was at 9.5%, as I thought I was at 11 or 12
Give or take probs sitting at 10-12% bf right now, who knows, but been really working on my diet these last 4 to 5 months, thanks bro
Size will come in the sept to oct, bulk session but with a lot lower bf to work with this time, so just gonna enjoy the cut look for the summer lol

i'm doing the same thing as you bro, what is your height and weight currently?
 
Right now 5'11 181lbs
Thought I was more usually only weigh myself once a week tho, but after a midnight feast tues night I was up to 185lbs the following morning lol, knew it was pretty much all water from the sodium due to bloat, ate at 2000 cals yesterday, 275p, 100c, 50f, and bloats gone, back down to 181lbs from last weeks weigh in
