I was just wondering if I concentrate on a lot of chest flies, if the appearance can be minimized.....
Also wondering if anyone knew someone with a similar condition who has done a cycle, and what the results might have been?
I agree with Phatbastard. Weight training will help you out. YOu can check out some pics of the wrestler chris jericho...just google him. I think he has a slight sunken chest & good pec development helped him out.
On another note you look prone to Gyno from that picture make sure you us an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) during your cycle you don't want little boobies on top of them massive pecs when you get them!

if you are really like the pic you posted, you will be fine. Do a mass cycle, eat, eat, eat, and concentrate on doing heavy flat and inclined bench presses.

Flat, incline, decline 2 to 3 times a week... dead issue !
