Sunken Chest + Steroids = ?

I have a slight sunken chest, not horrible (Ive seen some pretty bad ones) but the pecs definatly dont meet.

If I do a cycle, and concentrate on a lot of flies, will this be okay ?

Has anyone ever seen this be corrected with a cycle?

I know it will not be corrected, or change my genetics....

I was just wondering if I concentrate on a lot of chest flies, if the appearance can be minimized.....

Also wondering if anyone knew someone with a similar condition who has done a cycle, and what the results might have been?

Brother your not to bad in your case! Massive pecs will help IMO! Not to mention you will have some good seperation between them!

On another note you look prone to Gyno from that picture make sure you us an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) during your cycle you don't want little boobies on top of them massive pecs when you get them!

I agree with Phatbastard. Weight training will help you out. YOu can check out some pics of the wrestler chris jericho...just google him. I think he has a slight sunken chest & good pec development helped him out.
 
That is not a pic of me. LOL but yes he does look prone to gyno...

But thats what I was thinking, itd give a good seperation if i build them up good.
 
forgot wasting all your efforts on 'flies', pressing movements are where its at. the best answer to your problem is mass. genetics determines our muscles shape for the most part, you can make it bigger or smaller, or more defined by losing body fat, but you will never change the insertion and origin points of your musculature.
 
An ex-friend of mine's chest was just like that except his was sunken in deeper. Surgery will fix it he says but it's way too much and is deemed as 'cosmetic surgery' so insurance won't cover it.

trained witha guy who had pretty bad sunken chest . a cycle didnt make a difference . gear cant fix bone structure.

I checked out his pics and that seems to be about the same degree as mine.....not an extreme case but definatly sunken a bit.

Im still gonna go ahead and cycle. Ill post pics.
 
One of my mates has this problem, worse than that picture. Why flys? Just train chest like everyone else. Most meat is pressing.

His is almost unoticeable now he's built up some muscle pretty much filled it right up.
 
if you are really like the pic you posted, you will be fine. Do a mass cycle, eat, eat, eat, and concentrate on doing heavy flat and inclined bench presses.

Yes, it was the closest equivalent I could find.

Im more in shape than the guy in the pic. I guess the purpose of my original question was to see if with a lot of concentration on the pecs, i could get them to have the apperance of being closer together.

I dont want them to get huge and have a big gap in between them so they look like boobs.
