So I'm in the research phase of testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), but I kinda jumped the gun a little bit and scheduled an appointment for next week with a clinic here in Vegas. I want to know what im talking about when I go for my consultation.
Tell me if I understand this correctly:
Assuming my T level are low, the doc will administer Testosterone.
Do I START the program from day one with Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and Anastrozole??
Or do I wait for a problem to arise, THEN begin those other 2 drugs?

Stats:
42 years old...6'4...250...decent shape...need to loose 20lbs..working out on and off for 20 years.

If you are going to a hormone or antiaging type clinic they should get it right and if my test was low and I decided starting testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) was my best road to take it would take 3 scripts from them to make me happy...test, Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) & aromasin....and they'd be teaching me how to inject so that I'd be doing that from then on.

I'd just have the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on hand in case blood work said it was time to start it.
