rookie03 said:you gain muscle from both i said, i just feel its easier to gain muscle for legs with higher reps. but thats just my opinion.

I am debating trying the workout, but haven't heard anyone that has tried it. Its hard to get into the gym 5 days a week, especially when its still 95 degrees at 3am when I go to workout.
pullinbig said:that may be your opinion but thats not my experience. =0l
i dont see where you said both work. 4x6 is not low volume.
how much weight you moving on that 10x10?
rookie03 said:im 19 175 pounds 5 6 i do 135 for that. it may not be much but it adds up with the minimal rest. and for me i consider 4-6 reps pretty low volume. i kno i only stated the 6 reps but i do a branched off version of the max ot jeff willet program. heavy weight activates more motor units than light weight that i know for sure, low volume is great for all mass building, but i dont have a spotter so low volume is a bit dangerous for me on leg days.
rookie03 said:it has nothing to do with me squating, when i squat i squat to the floor and im not gonna risk injuring myself to do low volume, yea their is a squat rack at my gym but it doesnt feel so great to clapse when doing squats. its easy to injure yourself. if i had a spotter i wouldnt mind doin 4x4-6 on squats and 3x4-6 rdl's. you guys seem a bit hostile bout how much weight you can move around. im 19 ive been in love with bbing since i was 9. i may not have your experience but i know that squeezing the muscle and having perfect form is a million times more important than heavy lifting, now on low volume squats i cant do them with perfect form cause i dont have a spotter.
rookie03 said:ok so your tellin me that low volume is only 400 or 500 pounds, low volume could be 65 pounds for someone and that could injure them if they collapse on squats.
rookie03 said:pullin big im pretty sure your like a power lifter since your so interested in what kinda weight im pushin on the squat routine, what do you work with on snatch clean. just curious that is a big favorite of mine.
Is the snatch simply the act of picking the weight up off the floor?pullinbig said:clean&jerk and snatch.
