Supersets 5 days a week?

I love supersets. I burn more calories using supersets and I love how its fast paced. I was doing a single body part Monday-Friday but I want to somehow incorporate supersets into my 5 day routine. Im concerned that I would be overtraining tho.

A) Monday - Chest/Back/Abs
Tuesday - Bis/Tris
Wednesday - Shoulders/Legs/Abs
Thursday - Chest/Tris
Friday - Back/Bis/Abs

B) Monday - Back/Bis/Abs
Tuesday - Chest/Tris
Wednesday - Shoulders/Legs/Abs
Thursday - Back/Bis
Friday - Chest/Tris/Abs

Keep in mind, im on cycle so I should be able to repair faster.
 
your arms are getting hit 3 times on A week. maybe a little much? and why switch up so often? pick something that works and stick with it for a while. B week looks much better. Also IMO you're working abs a little much as well. what are you doing for exercises? if squats and deads, then your core is already getting hit fairly well. maybe throw in one ab day but stay away from crunches and leg raises. shortens hip flexors and gives you muscle belly. the six pack is made in the kitchen anyways. and as far as supersetting goes, yeah that's def. overtraining with that schedule. eat and sleep bro!
 
Jeezus christ those are horrible splits. That is WAY to much work way too often. Tone it down a bit bro and you will see way better results. Your going to sabotage yourself with a routine like that. Overtraining for sure.
