What qualifies as a good multivitamin?
if it came from walmart it probablly wont qualify lol .
cheap vitamins use synthetic vitamins to save money especially vitamin e , if you look at most dept store vitamins the e will be in the form of dl-alpha tocopheryl instead of d-alpha [ notice the L is missing ] the l version is synthetic and i was told a petroleum byproduct which sounds real healthy doesnt it lol .
also look at the strengths of the doses . my pet peeve is rda [ reccomended daily allowance ] how can a 90 year old 100 pound lady have the same rda as a 250 athlete not to mention most rda values are very old and out of date . all vitamins except A/D/E/K are water soluable and unless you way overdose any extra will be flushed . A/D/E/K are faty soluable and should be taken with some food that contains at least a little fat to aid absorption .

So I have to ask what kind of multivit do you take?
i use a local health food stores brand , they have a store brand made just for them to their specs .
natures plus
country life
or any of the health food store selections should be a good one .

only northern fish oil is good for you .
in cold water they retain alot of omega 3 which is quit liquid even in temperatures below 0 C .
The amount of specific omega-3 EFAs is typically listed on the bottle.

you forgot one very important supp........zinc
quote....zinc defiency can and will result in a reduction in androgen receptor count of 20-40% and an increase in estrogenic receptor count of 40-60%

....adequate zinc levels increase free (active) Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) plasma levels during cycles and decrease hpta inhibitor.........

i use zinc as part of my post cycle therapy (pct) with positive results .i also use it during cyle

really? wow i knew zinc had something to do with test levels and what not but i didnt know it was like that...great post.

i know this will sound corny since it not a drug ....but i found zinc helped me
during post cycle therapy (pct) cutting down my recovery time by about 30% .....i know thats a bold claim but for me personally its made the difference between a good and a bad pct....i used to hate post cycle therapy (pct) now i dont .....

The supplement industry is a big rip off. Eat and grow. Ive been cycling 10 plus yrs and used weight gainers for the first two yrs. I get blood work at kleast twice a yr and Im healthy as can be. I doubt any supplement is gonna make a noticeable difference besides Creatine. I dont even use Protein and grow.99% of the supplements out there are bullshit and the only thing that grows is the companies wallet. Oh vitamins work too.
Eat steaks and grow!
Everyones different though.

If you're cycling Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) without omega-3 supplementation, I think you're gambling with your health.
