I don't have a grocery store or the needs to get half of what he recommends.
I'm stuck with grilled chicken, baked chicken, lettuce, (sometimes mixed vegs) rice, v8 juice, fruits, mash potatoes, and beef jerky to get my intake.
Also fries, cheeseburgers, cookies, cake, jello, and pizza.
What kind of diet can I mold out of the foods I have at my disposal to create a well balanced diet for my upcoming prop/mast/tren cycle in the remaining 3 months I have here in Afghanistan. I want to go out with a blast. I don't see the gains I should be mostly because lack of the ability to get enough calories.
