Sust 250 and Deca

Workhout history. I've been working out religiously for 25 years. I've only run 2 pure cycles, but did mess around with some test cyp. in high school. I did not take anything else until I turned 37.

My last cycle (var/winny-stupid I know but wanted to cut and stay away from gyno sides) was a year and half ago and I got the weight up to 178 lbs., but looked bloated and it's taken a lot of hard work/cardio to lose the fat over the past year and half. Unfortunately with the loss of fat, I lost muscle mass and strenght as well. Before my last cycle I was about 151 pounds. I don't have a large frame and 178 pounds looks a lot for my body.

I'm considering my next cycle to be as follows:

Weeks

1-10 Deca Durabolin 200 mgs/week
3-13 Sustanon (sust). 250- 500mgs./week
1-15 Aromasin 12.5 mgs. eod

PCT-
Weeks 17-20- Clomid ed 100/50/50/50; Nolva 20 mgs ed

Questions:
1. Is it worth keeping the Deca or should I just drop it? This is not my first cycle and I've done sust/deca/winny/anavar in different combos before. I'm prone to bloating and puffiness in the nips/gyno, and that's about it. The hair has been gone for 15 years now, so that's not a concern.

2. Should I change the aromasin to ed vs. eod?

3. How do I minimize the bloating as much as possible? I plan on eating very clean (high protein 1.5-2 grams per lb., low carb diet)

Goal, put on another 10-15 lbs of lean muscle. The workout routine (1.5 hours) is impeccable with about 25 minutes of very hard cardio 5-6 days per week.

Fellas, any input is appreciated and I love the site and information. I wish this stuff was around years ago.

i would increase the deca to 300mg/week,use a 2:1 ratio of test/deca,and keep the aromasin and add prami or caber for deca gyno sides,and you should be ok,this is a great mass stack,im fixin to start a similair stack myself,mine is test cyp 600mg/week and deca 400mg/week plus my aromasin and prami
