I took Sustanon (sust) 250 and Deca from April 17th to May 17th.
Mon. 1cc of Sustanon (sust) and 1cc of deca

Wed. 1cc of sust

Fri. 1cc of Sustanon (sust) and 1cc of deca

My question is...

Can Gyno appear months after the cycle?

I also already have a little bit of gynecomastia since childhood and was thinking about getting surgery for it.

Say i get the surgery in August. Can this problem come back because of my cycle?

This is worrying me a lot and i would appreciate all the help i can get. Thank You.

Yes, you can still get gyno after the surgery. I've had the surgery on both nips and I'm still very prone to gyno. As a matter of fact, I have some small lumps developing under my nips from the cycle I'm on right now - 750 sust/500 deca (wk3). Most docs won't remove the whole gland cuz it will cause the nipple to look concave with nothing there to hold it in place. I use letro for an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and still get symptoms until I go back to a cruising dose.

Say i never take another cycle, is it likely to come back?

And also, how long should i wait to get surgery so i can reduce the risk of gyno returning?

I'd so no. If you're going to use gear just expect estro related sides - it's just part of the game. You can get the surgery done whenever but just keep in mind that most ppl are still prone to gyno after the surgery. I like letro since it penetrates deep into the breast tissue. Good luck

If you have your mammary gland removed your chances of getting gyno again will be nill to none. don't just get the lumps removed..remove your glands as well; i know doctors that are great and the patient's chest haven't been concave

Well, here's the deal...

I got gynecomastia surgery in May of 2009. My surgeon told me most of the gland is taken out but not all. But my gyno returned, I'm not sure why. So i went in and he told me he can do a revision. He used Vaser Hi Def lipo for my surgery and refuses to do Gyno surgery with any other method. Is it still possible to remove the whole gland with this method?
