A anVy New member Nov 30, 2009 #1 Going to run Sust 250 (human grade) Eq (vet grade) and do this for 15 weeks. 26 5'4 155 12 %bf with a decent diet. I eat 3 protein shakes a day plus I have breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Oatmeal, eggs, grilled meats, etc.. What do you think?
