Synephrine = Ephedrine rite????

Isnt synephrine just another form of ephedrine? Ive seen ephedrine still being sold onlne but synephrine is nowhere to be foudn except in premade ECA stacks...........is syneprhine as powerful/effective as ephedrine hcl???
