I've always been wearing a t-shirt when I workout but noticed quite a few guys wear long sleeve tops. One of my friends told me to wear long sleeve and thicker fabrics in winter to keep my body warmer and consistent to help with blood flow and fat burning (not that I have any fat issues). I think it'd be uncomfortable for me. Would it be better or is it just personal pereference iow should I give it a try? Which one do you guys prefer?
