T3 & Clenbuterol Cycle Advice Please :)

Hi Guys

Never done T3 or Clenbuterol before.

Any tips on dosage, etc for a first cutting cycle using these?

6"1'. 104Kg.

Tweaking ur thyroid w little to no knowledge is risky. I understand your wanting to lose fat though...but how about dieting and moving...a lot doing anything like walking, biking etc.

Clen. makes my heart race some, give s me the shakes and wreck s my limited sleep patterns. Not to be a nay sayer just saying.... it was designed as a Vet . drug found to help curb appetite in humans and for me anyway was a thermo genic...I was hot all the time.

U did not get where you are in 4, 6 , 8 weeks. Trying to strip away years of accumulation is not realistic w/o reckless abandon...my opinion.

Without using anabolics t3 will make you catabolic. You need to just transform your diet.

Oh and this game isn't for pussies. Either be ready to do it or find other alternatives.
 
View attachment 563520T3 should be ran with at the very least a low dose of test as it is catabolic (muscle wasting) used alone. I reiterate all that was said about clean as well. Sides like heart racing is a bit scary and not for the inexperienced.

You say you want to lose body fat what is your height, weight and exercise history? Depending on that we could point you in the right direction. Bad news is it probably won't be t3& clen

No offense bro but you sound like a total rookie. Listen to these guys. Tweak your diet, up your cardio. Put in the work bro. Great odys don't come in a bottle, they come from hard work in the gym and intense research and tweaking your diet. If you still decide on using something please don't even think bout using t-3. This can screw your thyroid up for life if you don't know what your doing.

As said, don't run T3 without testosterone. You will lose your muscle mass. T3 doesn't discriminate what it burns unfortunately.

Have you tried an EC stack?

Have you tried a Ketogenic diet or csrb cycling?

What is your body fat% and what is your goal?
 
you dont need t3 and clen to drop the bodyfat .. you need a well organized diet...

What would be a good clen cycle to start with? I am active and in the gym everyday and losing weight but not quite as fast as I would like.

I am fit and doing 30mins intense cycle cardio each day, swimming and some weights.

I am interested in low dosing the T3 and tapering it off toward the end of the cycle but I can wait to try this. However if you would like to share a recommended low dose cycle that would be cool.

I want to try the clen cycle for 2 weeks to see how it works for me - then take at least 2 weeks off from it.

I have needle fright (hence lack of test) but other than that I am NOT a pussy! :)

I would be interested to see what 3j would suggest for me as the B/A pics are amazing. However, I don't want to include animal produce in my diet or debate that particular choice.

The recommended T3 dose without injecting testosterone is 0mcg per day.

Also - Can someone give me a beginner Clen cycle please?

I have taken 20mcg this morning and it's now late afternoon and I have experienced no noticeable effect.
What dosage should I be taking please?

1 amp of test would be either not noticeable or make u worse in that it d interrupt your hpta s natural order of thing s. Like a misfire on a spark plug in the firing sequence if not dropping the whole cylinder via a plug fouling.

NO SHORT CUT s. This is not rocket science. Ur fat deposits need to be reduced via exercise, caloric reduction---preferably a combo of upping aerobic activities and eating better food and or less of it.

If your hell bent on it use Google " Cycling Clenbut." But being a vet. drug, ur present shape...w/o blood work or a photo I cannot in good conscience tell u how to run it. I m on the opposite end of ur dilemma as I got up 1 hour ago TO EAT another meal to keep weight at 210 plus..u my friend need to get up 1 hour early and move your ass...and the fat will melt away. Patience is a bitch...but losing fat via drug s is not the way to go.

And as said, one amp would probably be worse for you than nothing at all. Do it right or just don't do it.

However, I am unable to get an Aromatase Inhibitor or HCG - which puts me off using test - as well as the needle fright. I might be able to overcome the needle fright - but I don't seem to be able to obtain AI & HCG.

In which case I have started the clen cycle - 40mcg today, 60 tomorrow increasing by 20mcg each day till I max out at just over 100mcg, then taper back down. Then take the same amount of time spent taking the Clen (or more) not using it - before thinking about doing it again.

I will be using Taurine to supplement the Clen as well as eating several bananas each day for the Potassium they contain.

Any other tips regarding that appreciated.

Also - opinions on taking test (dosage?) on it's own without AI & HCG? (Yes, I have read all the well written sticky guides).

If you had read the stickies, you'd know that only a blood test can truly tell you how much AI you require. There are "rule of thumb" doses, which are in the stickies.

Teutonic and Tron gave you fantastic advice man, I don't know why you're ignoring the vital message of FIX DIET AND TRAINING FIRST, then finish up with drugs if stalled.

You will lose weight on clen, yes. But if your diet and training is shit, you might as well just dump it in the toilet, because you're going to put the weight back on - and quickly.

LIFESTYLE CHANGE is how this game is won; not spurts of New Year resolution motivation.

Yes - To be honest I have fixed my diet. I've cut a lot of junk out. I stopped drinking alcohol T-Total for 2 months now, I stopped smoking, I stopped eating cakes (a weakness of mine) completely. Total clean cold turkey break from all of those and not missing any of it. My diet is no longer the problem. I'm plant based and aspire to something along the lines of an 80/10/10 macro nutrient ratio however I'm not quite that strict with ratios and eat a lot of creatine. There is always room for improvement however with the changes I have made to diet alone I am losing weight without even thinking about it / counting calories.

I don't care for New Year resolutions - I happen to be on holiday as it's the off season for my work as a garden landscaper in the UK and we are taking a well earned vacation in Thailand.

As I said I'm slaying the cardio every day and stepping up my training constantly.


I'm up for doing a test cycle but am unable to obtain AI / HCG. Can I run a cycle without them?
(I know that it says they are required in the sticky - but surely everyone who runs a cycle can't have them as they are so tricky to obtain?)

T3 without testosterone is a NO NO... even with testosterone you have to run it properly - it's the most active
thyroid hormone in the body so it should be used properly and with caution.
 
I'm on the verge of running a cycle of good quality 250mg test enanthate twice weekly (mondays and thursdays).

I have T3 and am 4 days into running a two week clen cycle. 40/60/80/100/120/140/120/100/80/60/40
I've been using Taurine and eating bananas and have experienced very limited cramps so far (100mcg today).

My training is spot on and I'm in the gym everyday if not twice a day doing mostly intense cardio and a good weights routine.

My diet is the best it's ever been. My bodyfat is decreasing, I'm unable to give a % as I don't have the equipment to do so - but I can say its nowhere near being below 10% - which is my ultimate goal.

I need to know once I'm on test - how much T3 to add in and seeing as everyone says how dangerous it can be what the do's and don't while using it would be.

Advice appreciated!
