When taking t3 the half life is 4 to 6 hours. So a single 50mcg dose of t3 will last in your system for 24 hrs but after approximately 12 hrs it will be down to around 12.5mcg
I am taking 50mcg at bedtime because I feel lethargy when I take it during the day. This means by the time I wake up and into the afternoon the next day my t3 level is so low It's barely worth it.
As I am eating throughout the day the t3 isn't enough to do the job. Then at bed time I take my dose and it ramps up my metabolism but I am no longer eating! ... so I am sort of chasing my tail.
Of course the t3 at bedtime still makes me burn up nutrients and partition nutrients. But I wonder if it's worth taking based on all this.
This is my first run with t3. Been on it with AAS for 4 weeks.
