I enjoy it for cutting. I agree, and I cannot say enough, about the fact that it is not a 'miracle'. When I would ramp up to 100/day I would see excellent fat loss...however there was most definitely significant muscle weakness as well.
I would carb up and that would usually help a lot with the strenght. When I came off it always seemed to come back.
I would ramp up for sure, as your body has it floating around and starting with anything over 50/day would be crazy to me. Your natural thyr hormones will be working with what you are adding for at least 3 days...then I would say you can go up to 75 and see what you thing. No need to ramp down, unless you want to feel like sh*t longer.
