Tactical "athlete" with past injuries needing SARM advice

First I would like to say that because of the type of work I do I need to be somewhat non-specific about myself so that my identity can not be figured out by what I say about myself. Thanks.

Im nearing 40yrs old and have many past injuries that creep out once in awhile. Im currently involved in very intense daily training that will last about 20weeks. I train about 6+hrs/day 5days/wk in the heat and drink over 2gallons of liquid each day to maintain my hydration during my training. It involves a lot of running with and without a heavy backpack and sometimes carrying heavy objects too. PT is bodyweight type movements. Also I do other tactical related activities like crawling through holes while being weighed down and crawling while dragging heavy objects. In general I get beat up a lot throughout the day. Im getting older and Im not really keeping up like I used to and Im not able to recover like I used to and if I can't keep up then the future of my job is in jeopardy. Since my fitness is directly related to the survival of myself and my crew I take it very seriously. My athletic goals are to increase overall fitness and maximize recovery since we are pretty much overtraining all the time. It would be gfreat to gain some muscle but it's impossible to maintain a high calorie intake since the more food/fluids are in my stomach the more I want to throw up since Im constantly working out/running on a nearly full stomach. Ill be happy to just maintain my current muscle mass. I also want to keep the tendon/ligament injuries at bay.

Timeframe:18weeks.

Currently taking Ostarine 25mg/day (already 2weeks. Was planning on taking it 4wks on 4 off for the entire 18weeks unless I can take it the entire 18wks at a lower dose. I would like to avoid as main sides as possible)

Took 2mg/week TB-500 for the last 3weeks (I would like to continue this but unfortunately because of my living situation it is very impractical. I stopped it because it is nearly impossible to keep it refrigerated)

MK-677 25mg/day I was going to take for 18wks if that isn't going to make problems for myself (in the mail)

Im also interested in GW-50 or SR-9009 since everything I do is endurance oriented.

Don't know what I would need (clomid etc) at the end (or during if necessary) of all of this so that would be welcome advice.

BTW all of my products come from SARMsearch and RUI. I am also open to all suggestions on other products that you think might would work for my situation. Anything Injectable can't be detectable and inject only once a week or so. Oral is preferred and it needs to be stable at 70 degrees room temp.

I would read the stickies on how to setup a proper PCT. I am on TRT so I do not know much about PCT other than it is VITAL you do it else you could end up like me and have to inject testosterone just to be like everyone else.

GW50 is amazing for endurance, that is one of the SARMs I can unequivocally say does its job amazingly well. It is simply amazing.

The only issue you may run into with MK677 is the hand tingles or wrist pains (feels like carpal tunnel syndrome) that may happen. MK677 is a lot like HGH and HGH causes these issues as well.
 
Hey dude, as a 43 year old former Marine, I can tell you, I definitely appreciate you're desire to compete and serve!! Hat's off to you man!!

As for the SARMS - you're kind of going into uncharted territory here.

To be safe, I'd run the Osta at the recommended dose of the 25mg a day. Run that no more than 12 weeks. The MK acts somewhat like HGH, so you'll benefit from the healing properties with your tendons & ligaments for those old injuries. Time frame on that, I'm not 100% sure, so I can't advise.

Adding GW and SR will definitely help you get through the endurance part of your 18 weeks.

As for PCT, Ostarine is pretty easy on you. Some may say run a SERM for pct, others will say you can get away w/ an OTC pct supplement. I've run it a couple times and had minimal issues, if any and ran OTC pct pills with great results.

Doing what you are doing at 40 can be brutal but you have an advantage of a level of toughness that the younger guys still havent gotten to yet. I did something similar to what you are doing at age 30 and I thought that was a good age. Now Im 42 and I know what your going thru. Keep going and never give up!
I remember having a really hard time with eating enough and it wasnt till I was half way thru that I managed to eat better. I had to wake up 15 min earlier but I ate a huge breakfast . Lunch was always light and then I ate 2 dinners (basically force fed myself). I added olive oil to everything,drank whole milk and drank egg whites among all the other food..
The reason Im telling you this is because eating is the best weapon in your arsenal. Figure out how to get more clean calories in and keep using the SARM if they are helping. Good luck with your training!
 
i would rec 8-10 weeks (maybe 12) of 25mg ed osta + the MK677 taking 1 week off every 4-5 weeks on.
I would also rec a SERM for PCT, normally i would rec clomid AND tamox with cycles, you could do just one of them though, for 4 weeks.
also I would consider running teste or cyp along side the arm for 12-14 weeks and/or go in for blood work and consider that you may need HRT at this point in your life. if you go on hrt then adding osta and MK would be a great combo. even with sarms i rec a test base.

also i would rec doing one of their ghrp's with the MK, it has a good synergistic effect when used together.
 
Thanks for the advice porkchop. In regards to the test/cyp/ghrp, like I said before stuff that I need to keep cold or inject regularly is just not realistic for my schedule or living arraignment. Since I have 18more weeks to go would doing the Osta for 6more weeks (8total) then doing clomid or tomax for 4weeks after then another 4-6weeks of osta work (followed by more clomid)?

In regards to HRT I normally make very good gains when I train so I don't think Im at a point that I don't produce test naturally at a good rate anymore. I still lift very close or the same amount that I did when I was in my 20s but because of a bad leg injury last yr that I finally recovered from Im starting from inside a hole. I just need to get back to where I was more quickly and not get hurt in the process since Im pretty overtrained and Im not in a position to dictate how hard I train or how much recovery I need.

Im also curious about gw50 and sr9009. Would using them require pct as well? Also from what I have read sr9009 seems to turn you into a slow twitch animal which is great if you just want to run a mile fast but I need to run a mile fast and drag my teammate (200+lbs) while Im wearing 50-100lbs on me. I can be weak and have endurance. I need strength and endurance at a high level.

Those blood work results are after using Osta for 5weeks. 1st week was 12.5 per day and last 4weeks were 25 per day. I planned on using osta for 8-10 total weeks and adding LGD for the last 3-4 weeks before getting off everything except for MK 677. I've been using MK677 for the last 3 weeks and planned on using it 4weeks on and 1 week off for the next 16 weeks. The MK677 at 25mg per day. Once starting the LGD I planned on using clomid everyday or every other day. Specific dose advice on clomid and tomax are very welcome and I have both waiting to be taken. Im open to advice.

BTW I have noticed my nuts have shrunken a fair amount as well and I fuck every day with or without a partner 1-2 times a day :).

You should come off and run PCT. Clomid and Nolva.

Drink more water daily. Your kidneys are suffering.

Take NAC and Liv.52 to help your liver.
 
My review of Osta. I used it for 6weeks. 1st week 12.5mg/day then 5weeks 25mg/day. I had a mild headache for the first few days for a few hours after taking my dose each morning. Other than that I didn't notice any other unusual side effects. The negatives was my test levels went into the basement and my nuts shrank about 25% in size. I didn't take HCG during my cycle which was a mistake.

Positives. I lost body fat and gained muscle for sure. My total body weight only went up about 4lbs but Im a lot more cut. Ill post some photos once I figure out how to use photoshop to blur my face. Under the very intense and lengthy training that I do I was worried about old injuries coming back and new injuries creeping in and I have been injury free. Ive never trained this hard without having more problems than I have had lately so I can only assume it was from the osta.
 
My review of MK677. I was using it at the same time as the osta so I cant say my progress is only from the osta or only from the MK677. 25mg/day for 5weeks and took 1week off and now back on it. The only negative that I found while taking it was that I would get bloated as hell. I gained 7 lbs in 2days when I took my first doses. I stayed pretty bloated about 2-3lbs throughout the 5weeks. Now that I started back on the MK677 I haven't gotten bloated at all so we will see.
 
That proves Osta definitely shuts you down. Good job on getting the blood work quickly, it is vital. Keep up the logs and reviews, I love them.
