Hi I am about 100 pounds over weight, and I can barely get around, and my girlfriends husband got some Dyno Balls and said if I took them it would just melt the fat off of me

.... I would like to know if they are a steroid, the side effects, I am a diabetic and on blood pressure pills... I am a young, but out of shape 54.. would these be safe to take to lose fat weight?
