Im still puzzled as to how Tylenol would help with sleep? Maybe I missed something though.
The antihistamine in this product may cause drowsiness, and therefore it can also be used as a nighttime sleep aid. also if you have a pain here and there it will ease that and help you sleep as well.

I am not big on the blends either. Hard to handle sides and trying to figure out which is causing it. Easier with the single ester for sure.My 2cnts

So true, with blends youll never be able to figure out which is causing the sides, but if your doing a single esther then its easy and also will be easier to dial into the ai.

I'm guessing he's referring to the night time sinus tylenol as opposed to regular acetaminophen as I mentioned a few messages back. However, I have never been a solid sleeper even as a child, so if something works for sleep and isnt too addictive, then I say do what works for you.
my 2cnts. Is there antihistamine in regular tylenol? Seriously do not know the answer to that.

They call the way i sleep, a swimmer. I sleep on my stomach and switch sides every hour. left side and right side. hate it that i cant sleep all night through like many.

You just described almost exactly the same way I sleep.......even with a sleep apnea machine I had to get a nose covering mask as you cant sleep on your sides with the full mask,,,,,or it is very difficult I should say. It's even worse when you have one or two of those annoying muscle knots in your upper back and traps that seem to float around your back muscles. Starting to turn over in your sleep is a whole new adventure when one of those bitches grabs you like a charlie horse. lol

I'm trying to figure out if you are serious. Are you talking about regular old over the counter tylenol here? Not like tylenol with 20mg of oxycodon in it right? Some people react very strongly to steroid cycles amd the same goes for taking tylenol. Some people experience extreme reactions to small doses of tylenol like this but that is RARE. Tylenol by itself is extremely safe. If you have your liver enzymes checked on cycle and they are effed up..........its likely from an oral hormone, not a little tiny dose of tylenol. Your liver should barely notice 2 tylenol, unless they are 5,000mg each. Maybe I am missing something here

Your body heals itself and grows utilizing inflamation. Too much isn't good of course, but you want the amount you get from working out. Damping that down with anti-inflamatory drugs is a bad idea over a long period of time. You will cost yourself gains, inhibit healing, and tax your liver.
