I start my PCT in two days, i read an interaction between Lexapro and Tamox that it can cause irregular heartbeat. This was on a website that had a drug interaction checker. I spoke with 2 pharmacists that work for 2 huge pharmacies in the states and both said their systems have zero interactions. Anyone have any knowledge or experience? I am running clomid, aromisen and novla. I panned on 4 weeks 50 clomid, 20 nolva and 10 aromisen ed. I ran test ent for 10 weeks and prop for 4, with masteron for a few weeks. I got really bad edema and had to come off after holding so much water it hurt all over. thanks in advance. the study of lex and tamox was done in mice, and NOT humans

Lexapro can cause QT prolongation (arrhythmia), while tamoxifen can cause elevated triglycerides, which over time can increase cardiovascular issues. There is no direct drug drug interaction between the two.

However lexapro is an enzyme inhibitor of CYP 2D6. Tamoxifen is a prodrug which requires CYP 2D6 in order for it to be metabolized to the active form. So lexapro can cause lower levels of active tamoxifen.

PS. I recommend only taking the aromasin for 1-2 weeks of PCT. You run the risk of crashing your estrogen if you run it longer, due to your levels of testosterone, thus estrogen, dropping.
