Tandoori chicken

This is another dish that I like to make:

6 skinless breasts

cumin powder 1.5 tbs

garlic powder 3 tbs

grated ginger 1tbs

lemon juice 4 tbs

tandoori color as required (or buy the Tandoori spice mix)

red chilli powder 2 tsp

salt to taste (optional)

With a knife, make deep cuts all over the chicken. Rub lemon juice over the chicken. Mix ginger garlic powder, chilli powder, color or Tandoori spice mix and salt. Marinate the chicken with this mixture and keep covered for 4 hours (or overnight in the refrigerator). Skewer the chicken or place pieces on a rack. Roast in a moderately hot oven for 10 minutes and then in a hot oven for 10 minutes until done or BBQ it.
