Target Training the Abdominals!!!

I used this elsewhere but they wanted drugs to do the trick or work for them......Zane always had great abs so there is something to it, and the fact he stayed on a clean diet year round.....



Cutting Fat Off The Abdominals!!!
I would say that certain gear contributes to this and they all make it a bit easier to loose weight.

The other thing is AB AEROBICS. I was intoruduced to this madness by Frank Zane at his former training facility in Palm Springs. The way it works is by having 6-8 exercises lined up for abs and cardio and by memory here is the list:

exercise bike
rowing machine
regular sit-ups
leg raises
light weight bar for twists (seated and standing)
your favorite

Sooo, these are set up in stations. Next there were three of us so you blast the music and begin at a different station. For example, one on exercise bike and one on lying leg rasies. Then blast the music and when the time comes the leader yells! switch! and then you go to next station. Go until the session ends or you are no longer able. If done right it works really well.

Ab Aerobics.....

There is a designated leadeer that says switch and idea is to go as long as possible....It seems simplistic but it works,,,,,,
 
It sounds like a good workout, but you can't "cut fat off the abdominals" by training them directly. You have to eat less.
