Hey guys, I'm turning 18 in a little less than 2 months now and I've been lifting weights pretty hard for the past couple of months.
I've noticed a major difference in my chest and arms, they're growing extremely fast.
There was only once incident where I had a physical complication lifting related, but I wouldn't call it severe.

The question here is, should I slow down for a while or should I take advantage of my natural hormones and go harder?
