I am 6' tall and 280lb, im on a cycle of 800mg test e week/1000mg eq week/ 500mg tren e week and 60mg var ED
PROT/CARB/FAT
0400-50g p butter/bagel/300ml skimmed milk/50g protein powder 88/68/32

0700-150g chicken/bagel 54/48/6

1000-75g powder/250ML kimmed milk/200g baked potato/5g EVOO 77/81/10

1300-150g rump steak/bagel 52/48/11

1600-150g chicken/200g baked potato/5g EVOO 55/63/9.5

TRAINING

PWO-75g protein powder/60g carb powder/250ml skimmed milk 70.5/78/5

1930-100g salmon/150g brown rice/100g brocoli 27/48/21

2200-250ml skimmed milkk/75g protein powder/10ml flakseed oil 70/18/15




TOTAL 490g protein/450g carbs/ 109g fat / 4786 cals

I ill start at this and adjust amounts as the weeks go on

looks good to me, but id switch the bagels and baked potatos out for oatmeal and sweet potatos. Have the bagel PWO. Just a minor detail, depends on how anal you want to be.
