Test ace Tren prop and winstrol 12 week cycle

Last night i had a mental break down , wanted to do a cheat meal . Made like ton of pancakes nutella ice cream and everything . And as i was making them you know pancake number 6 7 , 8 and so on . I decided not to eat them , and threw them all in trash :))) . Well my wife eat a litlle bit but the rest in trash :)) . I was a like a maniac. But this morning i was glad that i did not break my diet . lol .
Tren is making me crazy :D .
 
Keep going bro, on my first cycle. Wanting to do Tren for my 2nd cycle, and logs like these help people understand the simple basics. Instead of, ohh yeah bro throw in 50 different AAS. Keep going im defiantly reading.

Btw i did not sleep at all last night , anxiety and everything . And woke up at 6 am and did my cardio . Took a shower got my eggs and oats , my minerls and vitamins , and noticed my veins on my arms a friggin huge , never had that . I am pumped :))) , love that $hit :) .
 
I've actually only told 3 specific friends about the whole ordeal. All of them are cool as hell with it, one even wanted to try it back in the day when he lifted. But yeah I defiantly understand the viewpoint of expressing it. It's almost in a taboo sort of way, everyone is like eww your on steroids so you shun away from speaking to people about it. But by god its exellerating when you can finally express it freely.

Yes it is refreshing . Talk to people who walk the same path , and maybe learn from their mistakes .
The most important thing is to be prepared for everything that is coning when you are on Aas .

Can't wait for that :) . Well i am about to go in fifth week so yeah now is the time that will ser most changes on my body . Its just hard as hell to keep the diet when you are on tren :( .
 
i feel you man, even though i switched my diet, more fats than carbs, im sweating like a pig in when im sleeping, waking up wet. THe cravings of food is like OMG, i wanna eat eat eat, more than my diet, and just train. Its hard with school ending now too haha. Keep strong with your diet though, haha.
 
Its painfull to stick to your 2000-2500 kcal diet when you are on tren . 8 more weeks than i am going to be the buffet king :) .
I know its really hard but i know its going to be worth it at the end . Summer is coming i and i am going to be prepared 100% .
In two weeks i am going to start taning 6 weeks out . And at the last day ofy test prop injection i am going to vecation with my wife so its all set . Sun good food and beaches omg cant wait .
Keep it strong zevs dont give in , stick to your diet nO mater what , summer is right behind the corner , you like 6,7 weeks left ? Thats nothing brother .
 
Tomorrow i am going to start week 5 . So i hope from now on to see amazing results . As i ve got 7-8 more weeks now its time step up a litlle bit . With cardio i am going to ed on empty stomach one hour and right after my post workout shake for about 30-45 min on a treadmill . And carbs only for breakfast about half a cup of oats , and just protein and veggies and hand full of almonds and thats it . My life sucks right , but its not going to suck when i am done with this cycle . As much as i want to eat ice cream or mexican food i want to get a good sleep lol .
And yeah i am now 96 kg thats 1 kg + lol . But i am definetly looking bigger an leaner . My abs are visible the upper ones mostly , never had them before so clearly . I am making progress een when scale is not on my side the mirror is .

Also i have some thoughts about pregnyl . I never used it before and i am a litlle confused . Someone is telling someone that and got me out of balance now .
Advice how and when ahould i use hcg in my case at the moment i am my fifth week of tren and test ?? Should i use at the end last two weeks 1500 iu evry third day or should i start sooner with 300-500 iu ? Zeus vino comon guys i need you , help a tren brother out:)
 
Bro I've never used hcg and I'm not on this cycle either. Just running a standard Nolva clomid post cycle therapy (pct). I've never had problems recovering this way. Sorry!!

Me too man , always used nolva clomid pct . But on this cycle i think i should , just have to figure it how to time it .

i think HCG good, but well see when I'm done, i didn't use HCG my last tren cycle and recovery was hard, but well see how this goes with HCG :)
 
A litle update .
I was thinking about to make 15 weeks od prop and tren . Hcg 10 days after my last prop , then after last shot of hcg 3 days after i will do the post cycle therapy (pct) for 4 weeks. Maybe i will up the prop to 200 eod but tren stays the same . I will not take arimidex 0.5 eod i will take only when i see some bloating or some other sides . Cause i am limited with that and take it for later last 2,3 weeks then i take 1 eod . Other than that stays the same . Thats it for now . And my diet is going good , i had 2 cheat meals but thats allright cause i was on 0 carbs for 5 days . And did not drink any wather during and after the cheat meals that helped me a lot cause two days after the cheat meals i did not gain no weight at all and no bloating .
 
I did my best leg work out ever i mean today i was like a beast doing high reps extreme weight and did got tired just wanted more . And right after my post workout shake i had an amazing sex .
Lol tren was for training and prop for my wife . Thank youuuu prop :) . God bless aas !! :)
 
So there will be no cheat meals for the next 10 weeks even if i pass out or anything .

Ok i #ucked up again my diet . Today also cheat meal i dont know what is going with me why i cant go one day without messing up my diet ?
But i still have time untill this cycle is over and summer begins . But if i do it one more time there will be no time to get descent shape thats for sure . So i cant do this anymore if i want the best of this cycle . Diet is the key . I have to pull it together from tomorow . I will do 3 days of keto diet to clean up my system from extra water then back to 100 grams of carb till the end .
