well originally i only made 40mL so i had to go up to 60mL to get my % right... but added 1g more pwdr.. 20%bb a lil more ba and guia...

2% BA,
20% BB
30-35% GUAIACOL
10-15% EO
& THE REST COTTONSEED OIL

I missed something. What were the final percentages you used to get the TNE to hold? What was your pain level when you used it.
If I got you right, you said you used 35% Giuicol? That is a lot of serious chemistry in a syringe for an ED shot.

5 GRAMS OF RAW
BA 1ML
BB 10ML
GUA 10ML
E.O. 15 ML
GSO 15 ML
This holds just fine. You'll have to use a syringe filter in a calking gun.
NOTE this makes a tat bit more than 50ml but you'll lose some in the filter so its not a true 100mg but close enough.
