Test c 200mg weekly, tren ace however needed, clomid and b12 injections. advice!!?

I am 32, 198.5lbs and 6'.... I would love to bulk up as fast as possible.... I eat right, workout with free weights 3 times a weeks and bowflex another 3, 1.5 to 2 hours hard fast workout pushing heavy weights just so I can barely get my 10-12 reps, 90 sec rest between reps. I have 200mg of test c I can take once a week and I have 1,500mg of tren ace I can breakdown however.... Also take b12 injections once a week, 1,000mcg.... I have 30 of the 50mg Clomid pills too.... I just need to know how to take tren with the 200mg of weekly test and any other advice would be much appreciated!!!! Thanks for your time and advice!
 
You be better off pinning the test twice a week, 100mg each shot. Less fluctuations thats way.

How many cycles have you done, and what compounds? Ever run tren before?

Whats your diet like? How many cals/pro/carb/fats? Kinda sounds like you may be overtraining..
 
3 cycles for say, this will be 1st done in a serious way.... Other two with strictly tren and a lot of it....about 120-140mg eod and ate horrible, drank alcohol on a basis and worked out on occasion.... Still gained a little size in chest area.... First two was a complete joke just asking for trouble..... I do not drink nor anything else that would not be beneficial to the cause the time around.... Need advice on counting too, carbs, fats, protein and calories as well..... Right now I am just eating plenty protein filled meats, fish, chicken very little red meat and plenty greens like Brussel sprouts, peas and green beans.... What about fruits? Sorry for the hassle I just don't have anywhere else to turn with proper experience.....
 
Holy shit. Have you got any bloodwork lately?? There is so much wrong here. Please don't start another cycle without getting bloods done first (full meta-bolic, complete blood count and hormone panel- LH, FSH, total T, free T and e2.)

Your liver and kidneys must hate you right now... Bet your lipids will be screwed too. Did you run any kind of PCT after those cycles? You really need to see how your health is, get the bloods done first. Then you needa get your diet sorted. I suggest contacting 3J. For 250 bucks you can get an awesome carb cycle plan and ongoing advice/tweaking for 8 weeks. Probably cheaper than your cycle and running that alone would likely give you better results than running a cycle without it.
 
i have an order to go and get bloods done for CBC, CMP, Estradial, Testosterone free T total, PSA and it says another for Mens Panel...? No idea what alot of that is, im about to look it up i suppose but i would have got blood done earlier but i had did a dose and didnt want to go in there with high test levels... just figured about 7 days would send me back to normal levels...? This will be my first set then i will be getting blood work done every 3 months..... Ideas?

OP, is that pic in your avi of you?? is it recent?

seems like you want to use compounds to get where you want when you should be thinking more about your diet.. if thats you in your avi you obviously havn't been eating correctly??

if youre going to run a cycle like this you should get your nutrition set up properly.. i have a free diet adivce thread in the diet section.. check it out..

I'm going to jump in on this a little bit. the thing that will be most beneficial for you is going to be diet. you said you want to bulk up fast but aas aren't always the answer if the other parts necessary (training, diet, blood work) for this aren't in check and in good form as to get desired results. you said that you have taken two cycles and didn't work out to hard and were asking for trouble with them. that is dangerous and be considered before you decide to do another. definitely get diet advice and possibly training advice. there is a lot of information that can be gained from reading threads on this forum. i would recommend finding out as much information as possible before doing another cycle. Then get diet and training in check and keep them constant for 3-4 months of hard work before you try to start anything that way you will know your levels from blood work and be able to plan a cycle that will help reach your goals without risking to many problems that could occur. also plan a good pct. last thing i will add is when planning your cycle get an AI for during cycle to help limit sides.
 
Hey thanks everyone for your suggestions and explanations! I have really been thinking a lot about this and tomorrow I will follow all the meal suggestions I can get off online, can't afford to drop a few more hundy on a dietary*** thank you for offer though 3J! I already have all gear and already work out so I will start diet immediately and run gear probably still Friday.... Any big reasons to put off gear more? I'm just pretty excited!
 
get diet down first. train with your diet on point for at least a month before starting a cycle. it would be better to train with your diet going well for more like 3 months but i know you won't wait that long. make sure you have and AI like arimidex for during your cycle then work out your pct plan before you start.
