Been reading winn dries the shit out of your joints and will make my multiple joint pains even worse. Honestly, I cant even get a half decent leg workout in...2nd, 3rd set into squats or one condtioning session and my knee pain gets to be too much. HAS TO CHANGE IMMEDIATELY....need some suggestions asap.
How good is the IGF in comparision to eq, anavar, etc? Have heard from others its great for melting fat but no word on the tendon/ligament/joint pain relief...Anyone have exp with it?
The bloat concerns are just because I dont want to be carrying alot of unnecessary weight and be as efficient as possible. Less bloat=less weight=easier to move and make plays. thats all...me and obelix are on the same boat, dont care about the beach body, all about being able to perfrom.
