Test E cycle

Okay so im on test e 500mgs a week for 14 weeks its my first cycle. Iv gained about 4kgs so far and im 6 weeks in. It doesnt look like im putting anymore weight. Is there more size to come or is that it. Sounds silly but its my first cycle and i just expected a little more. What you guys think??

No putting on weight up the calories.

You put on 4kg so you BMR changes.
You now need more food to bulk.
 
What is your diet and training like? It's all about those two things. If you eat more than your body burns in a day then you'll gain weight. If not, your going to lose weight or maintain-its just that simple.

Let's see what your diet & routine looks like in a week and we'll go from there.
 
id say your doing alright so far and the best is yet to come, test e takes a bit before it really kicks in.
 
im about 5'7, pretty short. about 77 nearly 78 kilos.

Meal 1: 100grams of oats and a protein shake

Meal 2: 4 peices of wholemeal toast and 6 eggs raw.

Meal 3: 100grams of rice, chicken breast

Meal 4 (before training) protein shake and two bannans

Post workout: protein shake

Meal 5: 80grams of rice, veggies, fish

Meal 6: cottage cheese if i have any or a protein shake with milk before bed.



Training: I train monday to friday.

Monday- chest

Tuesday- legs

Wednesday- back

Thursday- shoulders

Friday- arms

Any help or advice is appreciated.

Drink plenty of water to flush it down.
Also getting up 1 hour earlier so you can eat more always helps.
For me it means 2 breakfasts.
 
4 shakes a day ? ..

your depending too much on the shakes for nutrience imo .. i would leave out a couple of those shakes and subsitute them for a can or 2 of tuna...

i usually only have 1 or 2 shakes max a day .. one being right after workout . I try to get more meals down me than depending on shakes ..

im no expert , some1 else will prob give u a better crit on diet ..

Its usually only 3 shakes a day. Most nights ill have cottage cheese before bed.

My 115lb girlfriend eats more than that... and she's on a diet! Lol

A scale never lies. You gotta eat heavier foods than rice and oatmeal all day. Steak, pork fish and every other meat possible. Id throw in some more fats ttoo if I were you. Your trying to bulk up so eat everything in sight!!
 
There's really not much wrong with 4 kg's during the first 6 weeks of a long ester cycle in the first place.......
 
Your girlfriend is going to get fat then tell her to ease up.

We do lots of "cardio" together. But in all honesty your not eating close to enough. To many shakes. A shake is good after your workout and before bed and that's all u need for shakes. Without counting the shakes u should be eating 5k to 6k calories a day!
I know you'll feel full but u have to keep telling yourself every extra bite you take is better for your muscles. Try drinking a big glass of water before each meal to stretch your stomach out a little. When I'm bulkin up I always eat a big meal before bed with some fat and a lot of protien. Try that for sdtarts. Good luck man

Man im not even 80kgs theres no way i could fit in 5000 to 6000 cals a day thats heaps. At the moment im eating about 3500 cals to 4000 a day and i feel like im about to explode after each meal!
