Test E cycle

Your nipples don't itch or hurt yet? I have a hard time believing that...unless you are on arimidex or something.
 
We do lots of "cardio" together. But in all honesty your not eating close to enough. To many shakes. A shake is good after your workout and before bed and that's all u need for shakes. Without counting the shakes u should be eating 5k to 6k calories a day!
I know you'll feel full but u have to keep telling yourself every extra bite you take is better for your muscles. Try drinking a big glass of water before each meal to stretch your stomach out a little. When I'm bulkin up I always eat a big meal before bed with some fat and a lot of protien. Try that for sdtarts. Good luck man

I agree. I personally don't think you are getting enough carbs. It looks like a lot of protein, which is good but you need lots of carbs too. I keep stuffing myself, even when I feel full. You'll get used to eating more and then you won't have to stuff yourself. Your body will adjust. If you haven't upped your calories since you started this cycle and you've already gained some weight, then that's the problem. Your body needs more calories since you've gained weight.

Seriously dude, you're not going to get fat while you're on. Unless you just sit around eating snickers bars and don't workout.

But who takes steroids and doesn't workout?
 
dont have any specific meal schedule for u, but i have to calculate ur calories and they got to be around 3500-4000 per day and u must up ur proteins alittle bit
 
I agree with the calorie intake that everyone is talking about. IMO u have to many shakes in ur diet, not enough protein (meaning chicken not shakes) and looks like u need some lean red meat as well. I would get with 3J in the diet section so he can get u set up 100%.

I calculated it on fit day. Your right in getting in between 3500 to 4000 cals a day.
 
Okay so im on test e 500mgs a week for 14 weeks its my first cycle. Iv gained about 4kgs so far and im 6 weeks in. It doesnt look like im putting anymore weight. Is there more size to come or is that it. Sounds silly but its my first cycle and i just expected a little more. What you guys think??

Today my diet is/is going to go as follows

meal 1: 100grams raw oats and protein shake
meal 2: 4 pieces whole meal toast with penut butter and 6 whole raw eggs
meal 3: 2 tins of tuna
meal 4: 100grams of rice and chicken breast
before training usually have yogurt and a banana
post workout i have my shake
dinner i have fish usually, veggies, rice a little less rice maybe 80grams
before bed i have either cottage cheese or a protein shake with milk

If you have not gained anymore since the 4 kgs then u are not eating enough. Were not telling you this because we wanna fuck with you, its because its the truth.

Your meals 1 thru 3 should be put together and be one meal. I know its hard to stuff all this food in your stomach but its what fuels growth. And you u gotta shock your body, meaning not eating the same shit day in and day out.
 
lol man there is no way i could do that i nearly vomit after my oats and my shake. i nearly feel like vomiting after every meal.
 
Hey bro, I too am in the midst of my first Test E cycle. I'm in my eighth week and have gained around 20 lbs, but I also kickstarted with M-drol, so I gained alot from the get go.

Anyway I also found it
VERY difficult to get in the proper clean calories. So what I do for most meals (get ready for this) I blend up most of what I'm eating and drink it. Yes it sounds absolutely disgusting and it isn't that enjoyable, but lemme just tell you that it works like crazy for me. I know Derek Poundstone does this from time to time, as well as Eddie Abbew. I get the consistency just liquidy enough to be able to drink it.

For my last meal I blended up a package of Tuna, lots of healthy fats, added a little bit of whey protein, oatmeal(usually a little more than a cup uncooked). My shakes are usually 80 grams of carbs from oatmeal, and 60 grams protein from chicken breast, eggs and tuna. 5 of these a day plus postworkout and bedtime shakes puts me in the proper calorie range. Whatever it takes to get the cals in.

The only foods I eat whole are any cheat foods, steak, brown rice, and fruits which I enjoy eating.

You need red meat and raw nuts son! go fetch some anadrol or something in that nature to pack on some fake weight

Far out man that sounds so gross. But i guess you gotta do whatever you got to do to get the calories in. I tried doing that with my oats in the morning but i just vomitted it back up was disgusting. I think my diet is getting there iv changed it up a bit the past few days and im gaining a little more. Iv packed on 4 and a half kilos and im in week 6 of my cycle. Pumps this week so far have been insane. Training back today was unreal. Cant wait to reach that 80kg mark.
 
can u give the protein shake a brake? and increase ur protein food alittle bit?, if u want to build some muscles u got to eat at least 1.5grams of protein per body pound per day

Dood ur not listening at all and this reply clearly shows that u aren't. Go to the diet section and talk to 3J. I obviously know that u haven't (like I told u to do before) b/c he would never set u up with something like this......

A 12 year old girl could not grow on what u posted.
