Test E & Dbol - Domination Time

Had a pretty good bicep/back workout today. Weighed in at 190.0 this morning, but lifts are still strong and I felt slightly bigger/more swole in the gym today. I took a crappy cell pic of my back I'm going to try to upload. Sorry for poor quality. I took before pics when I just started the cycle and I will post those in addition to after pics when all is said and done.

How much biceps size did you gain since you started? inch? cm?

No idea quite frankly. I took measurements when I first started the cycle and I swore to myself I wouldn't take measurements until I was done the 12 weeks. I just don't want to get caught up in the whole numbers game. I just keep lifting hard and eating big. I have no doubt though put on size. Shirts are fitting much tighter.
 
Thanks everyone. I hate getting on the scale and not seeing any results, so I'm thinking maybe I should only weigh myself once or twice a week. Anyhow, I felt a little tired and sluggish in the gym today. Not sure if it was the lack of food in my system or what. I didn't have the best workout, but it wasn't too bad. I'm going to up my cals to around 5,000 and see if I can start packing on weight. I want to put on 15 more pounds by the end of the cycle, so I'm trying.

Somewhat of an up and down week. Hit the gym hard and while I noticed strength was up every so slightly, there wasn't much of a change. I miss the dbol. While it wore me out, I put on weight quick and the pumps were killer. I still find myself thinkin about sex 24/7, but that's pretty normal for someone my age anyhow. My overall goal is to hit 205.0 lbs. so I have about 14 lbs. to go with 6 weeks left. Keeping my fingers crossed! :beertoast

Bit late on this, but how did you like the dbol @ 30mg ED? If you did it again would you do a higher dose such as 50mg ED?
 
I really liked the dbol. GP is known to make potent orals, so I was content with the 30mg dose. I would not increase it any higher in my opinion.
 
The next few weeks are going to be crucial for me getting to my goal. Like I said previously, 205.0 lbs. is my goal. I'd be extremely happy with that. I'd be happy hitting the 200 mark, but 205 is my goal. Gonna eat like an animal from here on out and implement some new exercises to switch things up slightly.
 
No hair loss, no bad side effects at all besides ball shrinkage..

Couple notes...

I have noticed I'm sweating more than usual in the gym. I started noticing this about 2 weeks ago. I'm breaking out in a good sweat which I don't mind.

Another note. I never grew facial hair before (i only shaved 2 times before for the hell of it), but I'm noticing some dark hair starting to fill in down my cheeks and around my chin. Not sure if this is just a coincidence or a result of the increased test.

I am 5'8", 26yrs old, 13% bf, 155lbs, been lifting for the past 7yrs. I ordered a 4 week cycle of PH (1-ad). But as I keep reading, not a lot of pros recommend PH.

I like your quote "Go big or go home". I think I might just hold on the PH and just start the same cycle that you are doing. It seems that your gains are totally worth it. Am sure I will run into the same anxiety at my first pin. I wonder what will be harder the first pin or convincing my wife.

Sick as a dog this weekend. Didn't do a thing saturday or sunday. Diet has been out of whack due to no appetite. Hopefully I feel better tomorrow so I can hit the gym hard and continue to eat big. I fricken hate being sick!

All in all, cycle is going well. Hard for me to speak about it now since I'm still under the weather. I'll provide my weekly update tomorrow.
 
Im in the same boat as you bro. I got fucked up tonsils so every other month I feel like shit for about a week..I just ordered some anti-biotics, so next time Im gonna knock this shit right outta me right away.
