Moving on past test only cycles. This will be my third.
Been lifting for 9 years off and on for sports and almost 3 years now consistently.
26 years old, 5'10.5", 191 lbs.
Which of the above would be best for lean gains. In addition, how much of each would you run? I was thinking 500 Mgs test for 12-14 weeks and either eq at 500 for 10-12 weeks or var for the first 3 weeks and last 3 weeks at 30mgs/day.
