TEST E + Winstrol Cycle with MK-2866

Hi All,

I am 6 feet tall with 75 kg (167 pounds) in weight. This is how I look.

Body fat around 15%

I am planning to start the Test E and Winny Cycle. This is how it looks

I was planning to add Ostaine (SARM MK-2866) in this cycle (25 mgs a day for 4 weeks), however not sure if I should start it in PCT or couple of weeks before PCT
 
What cycles have you run in the past? How old are you? What goals do you have for a cycle and what would your diet macros be?

In past I have done Sustanon 250 twice a week for 12 weeks with HCG (Clomid and Nolvadex in PCT)
My goals are to be ripped with good muscle size.

Macros daily
Proteins = 150 mgs
Carbs = 150 mgs
Fats = 50 mgs

I know my carbs are low, but I want to shred like a beast

So you are only eating 1700 calories a day (assuming you meant grams instead of milligrams on macros)? What is your TDEE?

What would you macros look like while cycling? Is your goal to continue reducing body fat on cycle?

I think 12 or less what others think?
BTW how much you gained in previous cycle?
75kg at 1.83m is not much especially if you did cycle, as natural you should be at least 83-87kg if you few years bust your ass in gym. With gear at least 5+kg???
I have feeling MK-677 wont do much I'm on it 20mg/day for 1.5 months use mainly for skin and better sleep but don't feel it do much or anything for fat loss or muscle building.

My macros would be around the same while i'll be on cycle. Goal is to gain good muscle and then reduce baody fat, that's why added Winstrol by cycle end.

TDEE is 2432 calories/Day.

My Bad regarding the Macros

Carbs = 210
Proteins = 170
Fats = 60

I read somewhere that MK-2866 is great for recovery of muscles and joints, so was thinking that it would help in fighting sides of Winstrol specially the dry joints.

you won't gain much if any muscle eating 1700kcal day... you can get shredded yes but wont gain much muscle... usually you gain muscle eating more then cut because you have more muscles it's more easy to cut. Eat 500+ calories day for 8 weeks then week 8-12 cut together with winstrol first 8 weeks you see majority of gains, and then after 8 weeks is ideal time to start cut. Don't be afraid to gain fat if you do all right you wont see much fat gains, I put on 10kg first 8 weeks now I'm kinda stalled yet still have visible abs same like before cycle so not much if any fat gains.

I can take the Calories to 2000 by raising the protein
so protein would be 200, carbs 225 and fats 60

what say ?

OK, so you are at 2060 calories. Thus in a deficit. Tough to gain significant muscle while in a deficit even while on gear. I think you need to rethink your goals and strategy. They need to be aligned.

I think rikardo is confusing mk-2866 with mk-677. Mk-2866 is ostarine, an anabolic sarm, which is highly effective at 20-25mg/day. Mk-677 is an oral growth hormone secretagogue, with similar properties to GHRH and GHRP peptides.
 
I agree with Megatron... you need to reassess your goals...

You should aim to either gain lean muscle - or cut bodyfat and maintain current muscle. Not both.

For the former you need to eat at a 'clean' surplus - for the latter you need to stick to a calorie deficit - but even so, I would consume more than 1700 calories as this is nowhere near enough to maintain your current muscle.

Oh yes that's true actually I have feeling that my year old injury which I felt almost all time also got better, almost don't feel any thing anymore since I'm on MK-677.
For joints this can help.
As for your calories your weight clearly show you eat way less as you need. I'm now 106KG weight @ 1.92m I heard that there is used universal formula for normal weight men it is height cm -100 and that's actually true when I started train I was about 14%BF 91KG before gear 95-97 @~12%BF now 106KG similar BF ~12% so 14kg above starting point. Question how much you was before you started to go to gym and before last cycle?

Proteins 160 g
carbs 376 g
Fats 25 g

TDEE 2432 calories

You are already using AAS. I wouldn't bother with a SARM personally.
