Test Enanthate 300mg cycle (1st Time)

Test Enanthate 300mg p/w, Halodrol-50, NO Explode, Whey Protein, Arimidex (as needed), Novla.

Took my first shot a week ago, weighed around 161 lbs, i took my second shot today, weighing in around 166lbs.

Trained back this morning- I'm taking it easy, cause i had a lower back injury a couple months ago.

Deadlifts- 135 x 10, 205 x 10, 225 x 10, 245 x10 (twice)

Close Grip Lat Pulldown- 135 x 12, 150 x 12, 165 x 10 (twice, drop set 135 for 8 both times)

Underhand Seated Cable Rows- 135 x10, 150 x 8, 165 x 8 (twice)

Weighted Pull Ups (with a 45)- 10 reps, 10 reps, 8 reps

Feeling good, eating like a champ
 
im just under 5 '7', 21 years of age, 2-3 years of serious training experience, will update every few days, look forward to any feedback if you see something off
 
Dump the Haladrol-50. Its shite, toxic and over rated. Its harsher than many steroids.
If you want to use an oral consider Ana Anavar (var) . Its not only safer, but will provide better gains and has about 50 years of research and use behind it.
How long are you running the Test for?
You should be aiming for around 10 weeks.
Then run an oral such as Anavar (var) for 6 weeks, starting at week 7, so that you can run the oral for two weeks past the Test, and then start your 4 week nolvadex post cycle therapy (pct) the day after finishing the oral.
If you can't get your hands on an oral, then still dump the Haladrol. The negatives are just not worth it.
 
Legs today- still sore from last week's leg workout so wasn't able to go as hard as i wanted, but still got a great pump/mind muscle connection.

Sqauts- 135 x 12, 225 x 10, 225 x 10, 245 x 8, 245 x 8

Straight Legged Deads- 135 x 10, 165 x10, 185 x10 (twice)

Quad Extensions- 3 Sets 110 x 15-20 supersetted with-

Hamstring Curls- 3 Sets 100 x 15-20

"Hack" Squats on Smith - 185 x 10, 205 x 10, 205 x 10

On the scale today- 168.5 (After post-workout meal)

So far so good.... looking forward to the strength gains in the coming weeks....

I'm kicking out the haladrol-50 in 2 days, and the Explode will run out within the week.

I'm doing cardio (30 min walks first thing in the morning 5 days a week) to try and keep from bloating/gaining too much b/f.... think this is ok? i can't see it affecting the gains too severely...
 
Shoulders today, felt alright, not really that much stronger than normal, but i managed to stay the workout without much difficulty and my energy was carried all through the workout.


Smith Machine Military Press- 135 x 12, 185 x 10, 185 x 10, 205 x 8

Bent Over Lateral Raises- 30's x 12, 35's x10 (drop set to 15's/failure), 35's x10 (drop set to 15's/failure)

Arnold Press- 50's x12, 55's x 10, 55's x 10 all super-setted with

Hammer Strength Shoulder Press- 155 till failure for each set

One Armed Cable Lateral Raise- 30 x10, 40 x 10, 40 x 10


169 on the scale as of 5 minutes ago. Feeling strong but a little bit puffy/bloated, need to be better about doing the morning cardio, i've been slacking.
 
When people talk of bloating on gear, they don't mean with regards to body fat. It is usually in reference to the water retention that aromatisable androgenics cause. Thus, cardio will not prevent this bloating.
Many people will tell you not to do cardio whilst cycling so as to maximise muscular atrophy. However, it won't significantly harm the end result, and is much better for your overall health that you continue to retain your fitness so go with it.

i am aware that test can cause water retention- isn't that mostly prevelant when the aromatization occurs and your estrogen levels become elevated?

i was meaning that because my carb intake is pretty heavy right now, some of it was being stored as fat, so i guess i just didn't want the b/f to soar to very high levels by the end of the cycle.

is that logic sound?

Started off Skullcrushers- 90 x 10, 100 x 10, 100 x 10

E-Z Barbell Curls (close grip)- 90 x 12, 100 x 10, 110 x 10

Tricep Pushdown (bar) dropsetted with rope- 110 x 10, 120 x10, 120 x10- dropsets 70 x till failure all three sets respectively

Supinated bicep curls- 35 x 10, 40 x 8, 40 x 8

Dips- 3 sets, till failure

169 on the scale after a post workout meal. i'll weigh myself on an empty stomach tomorrow.

Try changing the way you superset the bis and tris, do 1 set of bi and then go for 1 set of tri, and then back to bi with little rest in between, this way you wont rest your bis for approx. 4-5 mins when u do 3 tri sets therefore you wont loose the blood bump you made.

give it a try, much better IMO.

tried the arms differently today. I liked it! crazy pump, esp in my biceps, they are already feeling a bit tender.

anyone who didn't read, i did a bicep and tricep exercise supersetted, with almost no rest the whole way through the workout.

it is coming up to my 3rd week on the test. i took 600 mg this last shot (on the 23rd just to see how my body reacts to it). i'm not going to stay on that dosage but i'm hoping to see a bit greater gain in strength and a lil bit more weight/size.... i feel strong, but not as i'd expect gear to feel... i know what i am taking is real, because the shots are pre-loaded/sealed...... so i dunno... i've heard it won't really become apparent in my system till the third week, so i'm hoping to see some more significant improvement. i've taken pro-hormones to the same effect as what i've had so far. my first shot was on may 9th
 
Change your routine to a 5 x 5 routine..... IMO you will get better size and strength gains than doing sets of 10... check the training forum for some 5 x 5 routines..
 
With the Test E, can you run it by itself without anything else and after like 8 weeks start the Nolva?
