*Test & HGH for Intense Recovery Routine*Broscience Needed

I have been reading these forums for the past few months, and I am glad I finally registered to join this community filled with bad ass, beast mode, Type A, alpha male mofos

To make the long short, I was in wrestling throughout high school & college, began non competitively power lifting through college(deadlift/squat max 400), and been lifting intensely since then. Now that I am approaching 30 I have a plethora of injuries that have compounded from years of neglect, (torn labrum, spider fracture in ankle and foot, lower & mid back strain and good ole beaten down knees). These have cause a complete in my musculoskeletal system. After hundreds of dollars in therapy and surgery not being an option I have decided to bite the bullet and attack the problem hormonally.

Plan on taking test 500mg/wk and Chinese HGH 3iu pwo 3x a week.
(Read up on peptides but have found legit products inaccessible)

I was laid off this year(shitty times for oil industry) and since I have got some cash saved up i figured its time to invest all my energy into an intense rehab program.

I know how to train(obviously not correctly since im injured), eat well and get proper sleep, I plan to train 5x a week light/medium workouts with lengthy, intense stretching routines after each.

Again, I am new to this and completely understand what I am diving into, but any information or broscience for that matter would be greatly appreciated.

Much Thanks

so what is your goal ? to help rehabilitate some injuries by using exogenous hormones .. or to build a muscular and fit physique in hopes that that will make you feel better and more active and your past injuries will hopefully be "ok" for the ride?

Hormones won't make injuries disappear bro. Sooner or later, you'll need to get your shoulder fixed IMO. I've heard hgh is good at helping one heal after surgery, but I don't think it's the same as. Scalpel, screws, and a good repair.
If that's what you're thinking, you might be a little disappointed with the results I'm afraid. We wish you the best however. Age has a way of making old injuries a nagging part of our training philosophy and more often than not we learn how to train around them.

Chinese hgh isn't worth spending your money on. Too much garbage going around. Seriously, chances are if you have injuries and run test, you'll most likely make them worse. Yes, test will increase strength but with lingering injuries, it could make them worse. My advice would be to train light and work on executing proper form. In the meantime, keep an eye on your injuries. Hgh doesn't work over night. It is recommended to run for atleast 6 months with no injuries involved. I don't know if you would "heal" up in that amount of time...

Agreed with Tbone, you shouldn't have the test in there. HGH may help depending on the injuries... it'll certainly increase connective tissue strength which will help, but maybe not as much as you're thinking..

The advice is much appreciated, you guys are quick to help a dude out.

The only reason I am trying out test is that one of my old wrestling bros, who has also been a dedicated gym/sports rat for almost 15 yrs, took low dose test for the first time on a couple month cycle and he felt major recovery benefits. He said it felt like all the joints, knees, ankles, neck, felt fresh and lubed up. He tried to stay out of the gym to not tempt himself and tried to stick to body weight lifts. Its by no means a miracle recovery drug, but after you've dragged your body through a continuous war zone for 15 years any little bit helps and some bodies/hard training athletes, seem to be more receptive then others to a little bit of help.
Also good quality test is cheap and reliable from the big name sites, so little risk

I agree 100% that surgery is inevitable in the future, but for now I've read so much on HGH I feel like I owe it to my body to give it a try since I have a little extra cash saved up. Definitely not expecting any real connective tissue strength, the only thing I would like is to wake up and not feel like 30 year old O-lineman who just lost the superbowl
And if Peyton wins this weekend I am all in with HGH and peptides haha
