test nd eq cycle results when are they noticeable

hi, frnd I am on a test and eq cycle frm 4 week, my hight is 6ft weight is nw 76 kg, nd body fat 16 %, I eat 220 grms protine 150 gems crabs nd 50 grms fat, daily workout hard 1 hr nd cardio evryday 15 min hiit can u pls help me, it's not making me hard nd big I just gain 3 kg in 4 weeks nd a Lil body fat also
 
poor bloke. 76kgs and 16% body fat.

as a comparison: my mum is 65 still plays netball 2-3x a week, is your height and weighs similar to you (73kg), probably at a similar bf%
You may want to eat more....
 
can u give a diet plan pls if u can, and how much to eat nd what to eat post workout also, I want to gain lean muscle wd a 12 to single digit bodyfat

What's your age? The body fat seems high for that weight, are you using an AI? Don't end up with gyno because you didn't do some research prior to the cycle.. As for the diet, you really should have gotten that down beforehand.

You're eating 1980 calories at the moment and probably burning 100 from the HIIT and another 100-200 from lifting. Are you trying to gain weight or what?

my age is 23 now, m working out frm 4 yers nd dz is my 1st cycle bold, nd test nd my gym trainer says no gyno or oder sideeffct will be der on dz cycle it's basic cylce

Can you please spell out the full words? It would be much easier to read. For example, have instead of hv.

Yhe sir, my diet pln 1st meal 100 grm chicken brest, 100 grm ots, meal 2. 100 grm chicken, 100grm brown rice, meal 3 100 grm chicken, 100 grm ots, befor workout creatine. post workout wheyprotine, 4 meal, 50 frm brocoli, onion, tomato nd 100 grm chicken breast. same for d diner end.. M I getting wrong?? I want to gain lean muscle and have dat strong mid section
 
ive never ran EQ myself but was told it really starts to take effect around week8 and also not to run it for less then 15-16 weeks, just some advise i was giving, these guys might have a different view on it.
