test nd eq cycle results when are they noticeable

I am on a 6 week eq and test cycle nd moving on, I have a new cycle, in my mind to muscle harding and strong abs, tren=1ml per week nd eq=1ml per week, do u think it will work and it's a good cycle with no side effects

Ohhhhhhhhhh dear. You REALLY need to read more. Tren will chew you up and spit you out. No test? Yeah... Please read more.

Seriously, stop thinking you're going to get huge because you're injecting hormones. Your diet is definitely too low in calories, and based on your stats, you don't know how to train properly.

Then there's the fact that you're too young.

You want REAL advice?

Spend the next two years reading and learning how to feed yourself better (1980 cals is maybe your maintenance intake), and train better in the gym. Work hard, eat well - and when you hit 25, you can then start thinking about AAS. I'm sorry, it's not the magic shot that makes you Superman. AAS just allows you to take advantage of having everything else sorted out, and grow when you simply can't any more.

ive never ran EQ myself but was told it really starts to take effect around week8 and also not to run it for less then 15-16 weeks, just some advise i was giving, these guys might have a different view on it.

Dude... Eq is the last thing this guy needs!!!
 
Step 1 - Diet
Step 2 - Training - and I mean proper training - for hypertrophy, not strength
Step 3 - Sleep - 7hrs a night minimum
Step 4 - AND ONLY IF STEPS 1,2 & 3 are perfect.... AAS

I would personally put sleep up there right with number 1. We spend a third of our life sleeping for a reason.
 
hi, frnd I am on a test and eq cycle frm 4 week, my hight is 6ft weight is nw 76 kg, nd body fat 16 %, I eat 220 grms protine 150 gems crabs nd 50 grms fat, daily workout hard 1 hr nd cardio evryday 15 min hiit can u pls help me, it's not making me hard nd big I just gain 3 kg in 4 weeks nd a Lil body fat also

eq is ran 14-18 weeks and test 12-14 weeks and it takes a few weeks to start to notice much IMO. also dont workout every dy. work out 3 days a week and then rest. you grow when resting from workout, not during workout. and read the stickied threads in aas section. good luck
