Basically true. If you are natural you might notice a smll increase in your gains after a few months of use. Seems like over in the UK the only legal supps are the same weak ones as here now. What a wonderful goverment we have helping us protect ourselves from all those dangerous supps they banned.

Fuck creatine is counted as a steroid in france if im correct.
