Test results low but i can't get TRT

I am 22 years old from the UK, I had an appointment at my doctors a few weeks ago and told him about my past steroid use and an all my symptoms of low testosterone, including low sex drive and loss of sexual interest. I had a blood test that showed my test at 12 and another a few months before that showed it at 14.9. Can anyone advise me if they think this is low. I think the measurement was pmol/l but I'm not certain. Any help would be much appreciated.

What scale are you using...if you add a zero to each one those results on a scale of 220-880..I d say you were low...however I m not knowing what you all use for a range.

At 22 your young..how long since your last injection / ingestion of anabolics ?

Did you do a post cycle therapy (pct) to kik start your natural test ?

At 22 how many roid s did you do for how long ?

Thanks for the reply teutonic. I started cyling about 60 to 80mg of dianabol ds a day over 6 weeks, with 6 weeks of between cycles between the ages of 16 to 17. Then I started cycling 2 ampules of sustanon 250 a week for 8 weeks, with 8 weeks of between cycles between the ages of 17 to 19, all without pct and i have been of the steroids since March 2008.
