Test turns into estrodiol?

Guys,

I remember reading it here somewhere that if you get lots of acne, the big factor is your test is converting into estrodiol and you have to take a aromatise inhibitor or something?

So, what should I do? I am on test cypionate. I shoot twice a week. And I've been breaking out really bad. Never checked estrodiol. I asked my doc, he says you don't need aromatise inhibitor...

I would get on an Aromatase inhibitor (AI). Do you have any other signs of high estro?

Your doctor does not know if you need an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) without running lab work. How could you be running testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) through a doctor without checking estradiol is beyond me but either get him to write you up a requisition for an Estradiol test (preferably the sensitive assay) or if he won't get a new doctor. You could also go through a private company and order your own labwork depending which state you're in and the services are usually pretty inexpensive.

If your estradiol is above range you will require an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) to bring it down. If its in range its not necessary unless your borderline high.

I don't have my bottle with me, but it's 1.25cc every 2 weeks, but I shoot twice a week, so it's like 0.31cc every 3.5 days. And there's 200mg/1cc I think.
