Ok lads n lasses before i start may i say that if i go ahead with this cycle it will be my first. Ok so here are a few stats.

Height:5,9
Weight:175lbs
Body fat%: 9/10%
Lifting for 5 years.
Protein intake per day (Last 1 /12 years ) 190-210g/day approx.......
Calories: 3500-4000/day
Cardio: Play rugby, but apart from that not much.
My idea of the cycle. TesTE ONLY!! As its my first cycle and i want to see the side affects if i get any.
500mg/week. 250mg/1ml pins on Monday and Thursday for 14 weeks. After 16 weeks start PCT Nolva. 40/40/20/20/20.
Also im wondering what needle size would be the best and could i just buy one sized needle. I know people use different for drawing up n pinning but is that neccessary.
