Hello guys, Im new here and I have some questions about my 3rd cycle.
Im thinking of doing a cycle but Im not sure bout it yet, this is what Im thinking of doing:
For 10 weeks
Dec 250-500mg week 1-10 weeks
test ethanate 250- 750mg week 1-10 weeks
oxymetholone- 50mgs a day 1-4 weeks
???? - During cycle
???? - Post cycle
This will be my 3rd cycle, I really dont understand what AI's i should use or PCT's during and after my cycle, i have a basic understanding of PCT, but in the past I have only used clomid, after the 2 cycles
These are my stats:
6'1"
220 lb - 13% body fat, currently bulking
Arms 19"
Legs 32"
Chest 35"
Waist 29"
I have been working out for 10 years.
Well I really dont have a diet, i just eat! example:
-Morning: 1 & half cups of oats, 20oz's of milk, 4 eggs 8 eggs whites so abt another 20oz's ( i drink them?) 3oz's of cheese, sometimes ham
-2 hours later: 3 cans of tuna, protein bar 30g, 20oz's of milk
-Lunch: a head of lettuce (salad) mixed with shred cheese, oil & vinegar, Italian dressing, with cut up chicken, 19oz's, and 20oz's of milk
-2 hours later: 1 cup of whole wheat noodles, with shred monster cheese 2oz's, 3 spoon fulls of all natural PB, protein bar and 20oz's of milk
-Dinner- 4 cups rice, 1-1.8 Lbs, off chicken, ground beef, steak, salmon/tuna 1 cup of cottage cheese, 6oz's vegetables ( most of time broccoli) 20oz's of milk
-2-3 hours later: 2-3 cans of tuna, protein bar, 4oz's of cheese, 20oz's of milk something lite
the only thing that stays the same is breakfast, milk, protein bar, the amount I eat, and I never stop eating haha!!! I also drink water all the time i do not like soda at all!
and my gear is manufactured by Dragon Pharma, has anyone used them or herd anything abt them?
