Testosterone,Equipoise, Deca, MGUNZ BACK AT IT!

DAY 16: 11/30/10

This cycle seems to have hit me faster than any other cycle I'v done yet, besides orals of course.
Only 16 days in and I'm feeling aggresion, and horniness like crazy.
My first cycle I got bloods done week 4 because I wanted to make sure my stuff was real. This time around I actually already scheduled a blood test for week 4, but at this point I have no doubts in my mind stuff is working.
Noticed increased vascularity last night, and muscles were not fatiguing at all.
Shitty part of all this is I put on so much fat since last cycle. I must have went from 9-10% to maybe 14-16% BF. Im still going light because I don't want to aggravate the back. I'm eating roughly 4500 cals a day and hitting the cardio hard.

I think I knew for sure that my test was good tonight when I looked at the ugly fat bitch from the beginning of the semester..and thought to myself "hey she aint lookin half bad" :doggy:
 
DAY 21: 12/5/10

Let's see, well starting week 4 tomorrow. So far I am feeling great. The back is still a bit uncomfortable, but pain is all gone.
As far as my work outs go I am lifting very light, and doing very high volume. It seems to be working well for me so far, and really activating my slow twitch fibers. I am getting a pump like no other from these workouts.
Between the muscle memory I have going on, I feel like I am gaining very fast.
I can tell I am already holding a great deal of water, because I feel like I inflated in 3 weeks. I already have gotten a few comments, which feels good.
Didn't weigh myself this week, and like I said at the begining of the cycle, Im not trying to stress the scale. Im just relying on the mirror, and so far I like what I'm seeing. I will weigh myself this week though.

**I also got bloodwork done this week and should have results in a week or two**
 
Hey MGunz, just wondering man what lot # and exp are your omnas? and also do you remember your last omna's lot and exp #'s? because they actually were/are some fakes running around of them with the batch number 910071 supposedly:dunno:

The Omnadren I'm using right now are Lot: 004071 and they got an exp of 04 2013. Ill have bloodwork back on them in a few days.
Last year I used Lot:908231 exp:08 2012. Last time around my test was around 1300ng/dl. Im hoping this time it comes back a bit higher.
yeah I saw something about that lot on their website.
 
**Blood Results**

just checked the voicemail.. said "testosterone high greater than 1600" (figured it would).

all other numbers were normal cholesterol, triglycerides and what not. Thats all they leave on the message, but im going to get a full copy because im interested in some other numbers also. Speceifically prolactin and RBC.
 
Day 28: 12/12/10 *end of week 4*

WEIGHT: I weighed 170lbs today. Thats a total of 5 full pounds so far. I honestly feel like I put on a good deal of fat too so I thought the scale would read more..that's been part of my reason for staying off the scale. I never like what it has to say

VASCULARITY: I am definitely more vascular. I notice a bunch of veins that I hadn't seen since last cycle, I am way pumped up in the mirror, and I feel a lot fuller

TRAINING: Training has been going well. I am still lifting light and haven't really increased any weight because I am still babying my back injury. I wont start really increasing untill I know I am 100%. I am hoping I can bump it up a little bit in the weeks to follow.
*If anyone has any tips on building mass with light weight high rep routine jump in here and let me know*
My cardio has been good and I feel like I am not getting tired as easily, as to where last cycle the deca made me huff and puff just walking up stairs.

SIDES: -Well I don't think this is a good sign, but in only 4 weeks my balls shrunk A LOT. Definitely a lot worse than my last 2 cycles. I started Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) yesterday at 250iu. I hope this doesn't mean that im going to have trouble recovering, but I know it probably does.
- My aggression is up, and I have a nice sense of well being.
- I also have noticed I bleed more from small cuts, which is a little unusual..not sure if the gear has anything to do with it or not

sounds good man keep it up, dont know if i can help about the mass routine while going light, but have heard that gear thickens the blood, supposedly from the higher rbc count while on cycle and all maybe thats why your probably bleeding more? but its just from what ive read/heard not sure on that man im no doc lol

sup dude! yeah this cycle is speeding up the healing process of my back for sure. As far as a prolactin antaginizor goes, im not running one because the deca dose is relatively low. By the looks of my prolactin though you would think I was.

Well the first 4 weeks of the cycle I didn't want to be in the gym too much and wanted to stay away from compound lifts that I thought would aggravate the injury so I did a split like this with a lot of isolation work. I kept it light with about 10 sets per body part 15-20 reps.
day1 Back/Bi's
day2 Chest/Tri's
day3 off
day4 Legs/Shoulders
day5 Bi's/Tri's
day6 off
-repeat-

Now that I am feeling a lot stronger, and my back isn't acting up. I have changed it up for the last week and will continue on this for a little while

This last week I have started to add more compound lifts, even some light bb rows and I am feeling good. I have increased weight a little bit and am staying in the 10-15 rep range. and about 12-15 sets oer body part

Day 38: 12/28/10

Well I decided to go and deadlift on Monday. Like a retard, I went wayy to heavy for my first time back with the exercize, and Im hurting today. Back is spasming again and it fucking sucks. Pain honestly isn't that bad, but it's gonna keep me from working out for a few days... I don't know what the hell I was thinking!!
It's cool though..I guess it could be worse. Ill be back in a few days.
As far as the cycle so far, I'm bigger, I'm leaner, and I'm stronger. I kicked the creatine about a week ago, and I feel a lot leaner since also.
 
Day 42: end of week 6 - 12/26/10

Happy Holidays to my dudes at ology!! thanks to the bro's following my log and the other guys on here for all of the helpful information.

Week 6 has been a rough week for me. I have a tough time avoiding the alcohol during the holidays, and this weekend I really went off the wagon, and fucked some shit up :wallbash:
I really feel the gear working and the cycle is going good so far, but I just feel like I'm taking way too much time off, and not training with enough intensity.
Unfortunately now I'm gonna have to take the next few days off, and when I get back I'm giving this shit all I got.
 
DAY 43

just figured I'd throw up a pic so the guys following could get a feel for where I'm at. To be honest with myself I haven't been giving it 100%, and I could look a lot better right now. Those who saw my pics from last cycle will see that I have lost a noticible amount of size..The only area I could say I'v made great improvement in is my diet. Being that the training isn't what I'd like it to be I'v had to make up for it in diet, and I'v been on point for the most part. Haven't weighed myself in a few weeks but Im guessing between 170-175
....and yes my legs are sticks! Once I can squat and deadlift well again I promise that will change!!
 
Day 46

Last two days training has been fricken awesome. I set a new PR on DB shoulder press.
Didn't make it to the gym on tuesday so I did some pull-up's at the house, 15 sets of 10..and damn man, I still got sore lats.
I'v been eating very clean, and seems like I'm mantaining around 172. I am making good gains in droppping BF, and want to lose another percent or two, then start packing on some mass and see if I can mantain the low BF.
 
Day 49: 1/02/11 **week 7 in the books**


Back on track after a few rough days during the holidays.
Workouts were real strong this week, and my joints feel GREAT. My muscle recovery is definitely up as well as my strength. Out of all the noticeable effects, strength is by far the strongest.
So far no negative sides, except that my aggression is up quite a bit, but I wouldn't even call that a negative affect. To me it just means more intensity in the gym :beertoast
My bloodwork has all been good with no numbers out of range.

How's your back feeling now that you're a few weeks in? Does the Deca make a noticeable difference?

I don't know if was just time, or the deca but my back feels awesome..I strained it a bit light deadlifting and thought it was gonna be at least a week or two to heal, and it was better in about 3 days. Deca is working though because my joints feel good and I normally have terrible shoulders.
