DAY 98: 2/20/11 (end of week 14)
STRENGTH: Strength has been holding steady since roughly week 10. My Squat and leg press have gotten a lot stronger this cycle, but my lower back feels very weak so I may have to lighten up a bit. My Bench has gone up considerably as well, but every time I feel like I'm pushing myself to the max I feel like my joints fire back also, so I probably need a week off or maybe just 1 or two weeks of lighter weight.
SIZE: Best size gains I would say were week 8-12, but there still coming just a little slower. I'm at that size that Iv had trouble getting over in the past, but Im gonna do it this time. One good thing, Im noticing growth in my legs for the first time in my life. There still chicken legs lol but don't look like pencil legs anymore, and their starting to catch up to my upper body.
VASCULARITY: Good in the arms but I'm still eating like a horse so It's not what it would be during the summer
SIDES/OVERALL COMMENTS: I'v been pretty tired during the last few weeks during the day, but nothing other than that.
I have decided I am going to run the Deca another week for a total of 15 and the EQ for another 3-4 weeks which will make it 17-18 total. After that I am going to cruise on 500mg test for a few weeks, then run another compound through the summer. I don't know what I'll be running yet..but the voices keep whispering tren in my ears
