Got something I want to share to get opinions I went to a doc did bloodwork and this it what was found. I am just going to show you the levels in regards to Test

Total Test 316ng/dL. 348-1197 low

Free Test 7.1 pg/ML 6.8-21.5

FH 2.8
LH 5.1.
FH and LH in range

Prolactin kinda high at 19.2ng/ML 0-16.0

Full thyroid panel was done all came back in range.

My doc wanted to put me on Fortesta gel and then come in 6 weeks and if it does not work then he will send me to a urologist for injectable s. my question to you is I am wondering if I should try and see if I can bring the test up naturally before starting TEst. See, last Jan when I was tested I was at 1.22 total test. Now I am at 316. I changed my diet around and started using my CPAP consistently(I have sleep apnea). I have always lifted and have a lot of energy but dick does not work sometimes like it should. Matter of fact that is the only symptom of low t that I have as far as symptoms. Just wanted your thoughts. I am 44, 212 and 19% bodyfat.

You should get some cialis from the site sponsor first off. You wont have any dick problems after that.
Secondly at 44 I don't see a point not to go on trt, your levels will just continue to drop and by 50 you'll probably need it no doubt.
I mean you are already lifting, eating right, and using your CPAP. What else can you do?

BUT I would avoid gels. Switch doctors if you must they aren't that hard to find if you use google earth, type in compounding pharmacies locally and call them up and ask who they recommend for TRT.
Most have poor results or short lived at best with GELS.

Do you have thyroid labs? High prolactin could be caused by high estrogen, have those? Also could be a tumor but your numbers aren't that elevated.

You want injections, don't let your doc push you around, Good luck!

I agree with jomamma that TRT is the likely outcome for you, but given that some lifestyle changes have had positive effects for you, I don't see any harm in trying a Restart. I would have you doc get you on a restart protocol (e.g, hCG perhaps first and then some Clomid) to see if you can get things working better. If it doesn't work out, TRT via injections will always be there for you. Don't do gels though. Just tell you that you won't risk transferring gels to your wife and kids when the perfectly good option of injections exists. And injections are even cheaper!

And I agree that you definitely should try getting on a daily dose of cialis. What's the point of feeling better if your penis doesn't work?

I did thyroid labs and they were all in range

What were your thyroid numbers? There is in range and there is in range. :-)

Up in Canada 316 and no doc would treat you biggjd69...
You have to be below 173 ng/dl to get treatment here....
Give the restart a try...but you made great improvements already with the lifestyle changes you made.
