I just got done with a cycle (test prop/tren) and its been about 2 months ago and i still got a half inch or so of fat on top of my abs which is makin it hard to really see them...i did the bulker to put on a good bit of weight up to 230 and 6'4 tryin to stay lean but i do not have a good ab workout to get rid of this fat ive been tryin for a while but it seems i cant trim that fat inbetween the abs vertically but the three lines horizontally come in just not too defined...anyone have a workout that worked good for them that is ab specific? i appreciate it. thanks.
edit: also would you recommend taking any kind of supplement with it that would help burn that fat in any area right now im just taking shakes 3 times a day. Nlarge2.

Working your abs does not burn the fat on your abs. It will build the abs. The only way to see your abs is to have a low bf and that comes w/ diet and cardio.

shape of yuor abs is genetic, but lots of ab work is always needed to help squat \deads, so never neglect them. As for being cut up and haveing sick abs that is diet and cardio

cosigns with both diet and cardio :blue:

I used to hit my abs directly with weighted work, but I think it's a bad idea now. My abs have gotten larger than I would like. I believe that deadlifts do more than enough to build a strong core, so you don't need to target the abs.

using heavy ab machines\ along with crunches and leg raises is what does the trick for me.

I swear by hanging knee raises
