The beginning of my journey with 3j

Okay I recently hired 3j Ive just finished my first week with him. My goal is to bulk up. I'm on 3,000 cal diet, and I have high and low/no carb days. I'm still debating on using AAS, I have 2 bottles of test Cyp just sitting here but not sure if I should use yet.

I use to be 185 before my surgery but here are my current stats
Weight:142 (143.5 last week)
Neck 13.5
* Chest 32.5
* Stomach at belly button 27
* Waist line 31
* Biceps arms extended L:11.5 R:11.5
* Thighs standing L:20.5 R:20.5
* Calves sitting L:14.75 R:14.75
* Forearm L:8.75 R:9

Yeah I'm gonna try to update it as much as possible. Have you gotten any of my emails? I would like to add fruit to my diet, they are tastey and bananas are real cheap here :)

Had a pretty good workout today. It was chest day. Atelots of chicken and some tuna. Just finished my pwo meal. About to cook up some 93 7 beef for my last meal hoorah!

Flat bench: 90x15/155x4/145x6/140x7/65x25
Incline DB press: 25x15/55x4/45x8/45x7/20x21
Decline cable crossover: 30x16/60x6/45x10/45x10/30x30
Flat DB Fly's: 20x20,20,20

I went to failure on all of it, and sometimes I thought I was gonna fail but I just pushed out them last 4-5 reps focusing on maintaining form also. However when I was doing incline bench I get a burn in my rear delt? Like my chest was fatigued I could feel it but the burn in my rear delt over powered it.? I keep my shoulder retracted so idk why my felt felt the burn.

Also looked pretty ripped today but I came to the conclusion that my phone sucks at taking pics they are always blurry and never clear. Everyone I know was saying I look about 170-175 when I took my shirt off when in reality I weigh 142. Nobody knows my real weight that told me how much I look. But here's a pic after the gym anyway
