the more weight I lose the hungrier I am, Why?

ok today woke up
shake
workout
shake
1.5 hours later 5 whites one whole egg in 2 wheat wraps
2.5 hours later (roughly) 8 ozs of tilapia and a quarter cup of pasta
1.5 hours later (i got hungry)
same as before
2 hours later 1 chicken breast and half of a sweet potato
2 hours later an apple and a few almonds and cashews
IM STILL HUNGRY WTF????:wtf:

You used to eat like a pig im guessing? like burgers and KFC etc.. same as me.
Probably because you used to eat like this, you're body is just like WTF im hungry!!!!!!!! you know?
everyday is a struggle not to binge, everytime i go grab a meal I am tempted to grab a handful of almonds but i don't want the extra calories because the guilt is so horrible to deal with. 1 almond = binge
You just gotta prepare yourself mentally to go through the day.
Also.. your postworkout shake.. Use like 2-3L of water, drink half of it & top it back up and repeat.
That water will make you feel fuller for awhile, it helps!!

used to, but ive been eating right for 4 years now, but i notice the more fat i burn the more i get hungry, im literally hungry with hunger pains in my stomach, not juss cuz i feel like eating.:wtf:

Apadronjr, I would say that if your having hunger pangs your not eating the right foods at the correct times. also when was the last time you checked your TDEE with more lean mass your TDEE should be going up. If i remember correctly I could be wrong its about 13cal per lbm.

Also if your working out that heavily, and you have hunger it may also be the result of being deficient in one Macro.

I would suggest you revisit your diet
 
I doubt its not eating the right foods at the correct time, im constantly hungry and i work with 3J..
come on bro, i know exactly what you're going through apad, its been 2 & half years since i used to eat like shit, and even tho i work with 3J and get all my meals in at perfect times, I'm still hungry..
I can eat a whole fucking cake and still be hungry, I think my issue might be a disorder.. its like, I can eat 2 whoppers, but I am never satisfied.. i will keep going for more chips or a junior whopper type shit...
I have never eaten food and been satisfied in my life, this could be the reason for obesity IMO.
I binge everytime i eat.... & i cant stop.. so wtf is that about.
I have to follow a diet just to keep lean otherwise ill be fat like the muffin man
I even somtimes when im starving google things like "late night snack" and it comes up with that fucking ice-cream.. bb . com says that icecream late at night is fine.. i hate bb . com, all a bunch of shit heads.

Tell us what your going through apadronjr, discribe when u get hungry.. are you bored? sad? happy? are u watching T.V and get hungry? reading a book and need a nibble on somthing?
Seems to be when i watch TV.. outcomes food.

But just a first glance at the diet Apadronjr has he is missing veggies. he could also swap a shake for solid food and that might curb some of the hunger, but I am not a nutritionist.

His shake is his postworkout i think, so thats pretty good.. maybe he can use more water or have some solid food WITH it like fruit.

Need to know more about him tho, whats he doing when he gets hungry & what not.
Depression for example will cause a person to be constantly hungry because they feel empty inside.
I remember reading about this womans christmas, she had 30,000 calaories on christmas day just to herself.
Her husband left her, so she decided to eat.. she was in a wheel chair, had a 7year old daughter and all she did was eat food.. i felt sorry for the daughter.
Apprently this woman had 5 loaves of bread, 2x 15lbs turkeys and chickens or some shit in one sitting.
Shes a WINNER! :blue:

5 am hungry as fok 3 eggs and a slice of wheat toast
6 am 2 eggs
6:30-9-9:30 lifting i do 1 mile b4 and 1 mile after my weight training
mon back traps abs
tue chest obliques
wed legs
thurs arms and a lilbit of back
fri shoulders traps abs
sat chest obliques
sun 5 miles
ok when I get back from werking out ill have 2 scoops of whey 4-6 egg whites and 2 eggs
when i get hungry again ill have either 2 4oz tilapia steaks or 2 4oz chicken breasts
with sum brown rice or wheat pasta or sweet potato
when i get hungry again ill repeat till its bed time

now sum days im starving other days ill be fine with 4-5 meals.
now i eat when im hungry , not on a schedule,
but once i got done with my "cycle" i dropped a shit load of Bf and noticed i was getting hungrier and went from drinking 1gal of water to almost 2 everyday.
plus the ridiculous hunger in the morning
i mean the hunger is absurd, imo on a daily basis im eating 3-3500 cal of clean foods.

My suggestion would be to eat the 9 eggs and 1cup of oatmeal prior to workout.
Dont eat all the yokes probably split it 6whites and 3 yokes at 5 am
Also add veggies into your diet you should have veggies with each meal
You would also find if you eat on schedule you body will tune to that, ever hear of pavlov's dog?
Basically every time he rang a bell the dog salivated and was hungry, your body will tune to the time of day you eat
I would also tell you to take sunday off, you need at least one full rest day a week to let your CNS recharge
Just my 2 cents worth, hope this helps

I dont see a body weight posted? Unless your a little guy what you are eating isn't much to be honest! Get you bmr Figured out again and adjust your cals! Add more Fiber to help with the hunger pangs between meals!

im currently at 260 per the gym scale my home digital scale clocks me at 250
im 5'6 i estimate myself at between 20-25 % bf below is a link to another post with pics of what i went from to what i look like now.

dont mean to be flaming or anything but based on your stats and the pic your closer to 50% then 25% bodyfat

but good for you for the steps you have taken.. this is the right path!!!!

im sorry bro but this is where your wrong, you have said some questionable things in the past and i kept my mouth shut cuz i didnt feel like saying anything on a message board, i agree when i started out 4 years ago im positive you would have been correct, but no way in hell im even near 50% bf bro, last time i checked 4 months ago i was at 26% ive dropped a whole lot more weight since then.

If i know something for a fact that I myself have tried and actually works for me ill put the info out there if someone says otherwise or tells me im wrong , fine ill leave it there , cuz I dont care, ive lost the weight, i have the muscle, i workout every single day, ive tried tons of different methods to doing things, i know what does and does not work for me.

hmmm...this is a bad idea. you've done a good job with your weight loss but that gives you no right to be shitty to a very respected member here. Members like you are here to learn; senior members, like 3J are here to teach. If you don't like their lessons, get out of the classroom.
