Clomind week 12.13.14 day 1 200then 100/50/50/
Nolva week 12.13.14 day 1 80 then 40/20/20

2 WEEKS OFF AND THEN REPEAT

carbs are taking 50 gr before training, anf 50 gr after training, pretty much TKD, targeted keto diet
2200 CALORIES LAST 3 DAYS THURS, FRI, SAT macros 300 gr protein 30 gr carbs 110 GR FAT


Training
Shorcut to shred style, with 15 min cardio after every each workout

What is your previous cycle history and how old are you?

So you want to run Winny weeks 7-10 with no test base? Based on your pics, it doesn't look like you have a vagina. Males can't run oral-only cycles.

So not to knock you. The title is a bit over the top for the obvious lack of experience you have. You need to bulk another 30 pounds of muscle before you cut. You don't have a muscle base. You shouldn't be cycling yet. You should rethinking this. at 5'9'' you still pretty short. Most women are taller than that these days you should wait till you 25 and have stopped growing. Most people should wait till they hit 200 lbs.

Tell us about your training and diet. It's obvious your in need of help. Diet is always the first place to start. You training needs help to. It doesn't look like your lifting weights.

How old are you? This may be the biggest contributing factor. I couldn't gain shit till I was 22 -23.

lol, at 165lbs, you dont need to be cutting. you need to be bulking.


and tbh, theres not enough muscle on your build for me to believe you have a solid training and diet regime.
stick with it natty for a few years, then jump on some gear.
 
Ok guys i understand you might say i need to bulk more before even thinking about cutting, but i dont want to be a 190 lb 6% , in fact i just wanna look pretty shredded and i dont mind being 150lb 7%,

I read i can build muscle on TEST and TREN at the same time im shredding fat, and i cant wait to bulk two more years, a lot people tell me i look really muscular and im not saying i am, i know i need to put on more muscle, but according to your mindset guys, you need to be at least 200 lb before thinking to cut, i know but i want to shred the fat and then thinking on bulking

10 egg whites 1 yolk 50 gr oats (pre workout)
2 scoops old standard 1 banana (post workout)
8 oz chicken breast and 3 oz peanut
8 oz chicken breast and brocoli
8oz tilapia and 1 tablespoon peanut
tw canned tuna 100 gr avocado

History

I did a cycle this year january where i went from 150 to 185, using 250mg TEST 200mg DECA only, for 8 weeks, and then i lost pretty much all the fat i gained until now

You're not going to enjoy life OP. Keto with t3 AND Clen on top of tren? Woof, that's something I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. You're about to find out what glycogen is all about if you do this - - the hard way.

halfwit you took the words right out of my mouth, I had to read his post a few times to see if my eyes were playing tricks on me...lol......keto, t3 and clen......on top of tren???????? fuck it, why not throw in some lasics while you're at it....
 
this whole situation is not great. i think you should really consider the help people are trying to give you. a cutting cycle is going to be all diet not all the aas you can take if you eat healthy you can lose fat without them. i think you should do a clean bulk if anything at all test p or e 10-12 weeks mostly healthy but keep calories high enough to gain muscle try to put on 10-12 lbs of good lean muscle then take good pct keep lifting hard and wait a couple months then if you are able to get up to about 180 then do that cycle again and try to put on lean muscle to bulk you don't have to put on a lot of fat. then after a second cycle of just test since you really should stick to test only cycles for the first couple in my opinion then be around 190 then wait a while maybe a month or 2 after the second cycle then think about doing a cutting cycle to go from 190 to low 180's that will probably be a lot better for you and the results would be a lot better.

I agree, many ppl have this in their head, they want abs and want to get ripped. You need to put on some size, and then cut. You don't grow if you don't eat, put on some muscle and leave the cutting for later, my friend. Also, never do an oral only cycle. All cycles should include testosterone, without question.
