B. You guys sound like a bunch of bulimic chicks LOL. You know there's online forums for that right haha. Vomiting can be induced by GH release. But if your puking your brains out every time you workout you might be over training or eating some nasty shit before lifting or maybe your not eating enough. I have puked when training not from lifting but running during conditioning camps for sports.
C. I am going to stop being a negative nancy and list the things I hate.
- Fat chicks that are loud and wear tight clothing.
- People texting or talking on their phones.
- Those stupid pants or the 100lbs ronnie colemans in string shirts or under armor
- Guys who check out their face in the mirror.
- PEOPLE WHO STAND DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE DUMBBELL RACK TO DO CURLS SO THEY CAN LOOK AT THEMSELVES. MOVE THE FUCK BACK A FEW FEET SO I CAN GET TO THE DUMBBELLS.
- Losers who only do chest and arms
- People with really bad form
- People who give you an attitude when you try to help them from hurting themselves from their awful form.
- Girls trying to gossip/ flirt with me while I am trying to lift
- Guys who ask me "what are you on bro" , my response I am on your mom. Stop worrying about who is on what and worry about your god awful routine.
- Guys who take forever to finish sets because they are too busy flexing or talking to girls
- Guys who drop weights from absurd heights simply for attention or have people spot them on smith machines.
-Bumping into me while I am doing sets or asking me if I am done with those dumbbells while I am still FUCKING HOLDING THEM!
-Doing curls in the squat rack. Rule of thumb if your not doing at least a plate on each side don't do curls in the squat rack.
-Guys punching each others abs after finishing doing sit ups or lifting their shirts in the mirror after doing abs
- The "I have a Dexter Jackson back and lats and can't put my arms down guy" who must flare them out while bumping into everyone
Thats all I could think off. I work at the gym so I am subjected to this shit on a daily basis and needed to get it off my chest.
When I circuit train I may hog a couple machines or dumbbells but I am moving quickly I am not sitting around and doing nothing.
